Rude staff Not clean
-
They asked us to leave the key of the room , and when we refused they shouted on us , very very rude , don’t book with them Room ver very very old
-
Great front desk personnel. Location was great. Room was superb. Nothing comes to mind
-
You have to give your keys at the reception everytime you step out and will only be given the keys if you give your full name

The location was a major plus—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. The breakfast was good, and the room was spacious and comfortable Everything was within walking distance, with plenty of shops and restaurants just steps from the hotel, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The only downside was that the air conditioning was centrally controlled and couldn't be adjusted by guests, so during the Venice heatwave, the room wasn't as cool as we would have liked.

Furthermore, the staff misled us by insisting that a private water taxi was the 'only' way to reach the airport, effectively pushing a high-cost service. However, after I challenged this, they suddenly suggested we take a regular boat/bus, contradicting their earlier claim that no other options existed. I felt pressured into a service I did not agree to and misled about my travel alternatives. I would caution future guests to be very careful when asking the hotel to arrange transportation

Amazing location, friendly staff. Rooms were cool, shower was hot and strong. Very accommodating to our requests. Offered luggage storage after checkout. Great for families. Very quiet at night. Excellent value. Some stairs required for luggage, and some walking with luggage will be required. (About 5 minutes from Rialto). Beds could be softer.

This is a beautiful hotel with very classic style. Beautiful walls, marble bath, and Marino glass chandeliers. Delicious breakfast. The staff was so helpful. Many steps to get there and had to walk up one set of stairs to get to elevator.
-
The location right between the Rialto Bridge area and San Marco Piazza - 5 minutes to each. Restaurants and shops all nearby. The room was spacious and well air conditioned. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was very modern with a great shower We had a great room on the 2nd floor but you had to walk up one floor and then take the elevator one more floor up. It made getting the luggage up and down more difficult. The breakfast was just average.

The location was very good. Breakfast was much better than an average hotel breakfast. The staff was helpful. There was a nice decor in the rooms. Overall this hotel was better than expected, as was Venice in general. The room we had was on the small side, but nicely decorated. Larger rooms are availabel and it is worth spending for the extra space if your budget allows. The bathroom was cramped and had little room to store toiletries. Sewage was pumped out of the hotel at the end of our stay which created a bad odor in the lobby and breakfast room. That was only as we were leaving, otherwise it was not an issue.
-
Location. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Elevator not on ground floor. Must get luggage to the next floor to use the elevator. Inconvenient for travelers over 70.
-
Very comfortable and so close to everything in Naples.
-
The room was quiet, comfortable and very clean Everything was great
-
The only fault I had which really is a personal preference is that bed was really hard

Location was fantastic. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Set us up really well for a day of wandering and exploring the city. Great restaurant right next door with friendly staff and in a quiet street so sleep was undisturbed. Room was comfortable and clean but smaller than the photos on the site advertised. This was our first time in Venice so perhaps it’s what is to be expected.

Great property very close to major sites . N/A

Excellent location, fun Venetian-style rooms and gorgeous bathroom/shower. Breakfast was included, but not the breakfast we’ve had. Rooms were comfortable, staff were excellent and welcoming to tourists! Rooms were slightly dirty in the corners, but not something to worry about!

Bugs, small, not clean.

The breakfast was fairly standard not especially good, but not bad either. The real highlight for us was the reception. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but the gentleman was like a ray of sunshine: warm, humorous, and always in a great mood. He took very good care of us. The room was relatively quiet.

The room was lovely and spacious. The beds were comfortable. I liked the large rainwater showerhead. We had a view of the canal below. The breakfast had a nice selection and was open for a good amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a close enough distance to walk to St Mark's Square. Only 2-3 bridges to cross to get to the water taxi. A tad challenging to navigate the flight of steps with luggage, but once there, you are set. There was a fan noise of sorts in the room, that was slightly bothersome.
