The real highlights, though, were the hosts, Luana, Margherita and Daniela. They went above and beyond for us. From providing spot-on arrival directions and arranging our airport water taxis, to giving us amazing restaurant recommendations for Venice and beyond, they made our trip truly special. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with. 10/10, we will definitely be back!

Convenient to St Mark’s Square. Hard to find for a non-local and the A/C was mid.

Breakfast was great, location and staff were wonderful. They booked a 4am water taxi to the airport for me which made things way less stressful. The beds were a little firm for us, but that's personal preference and everything else made up for that. The staff were really helpful and we would stay here again. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything Venice has to offer. The stairs were not an issue at all, as they were clearly mentioned in the Important Information section. The owners were an absolute delight to deal with — warm, welcoming, and attentive. This establishment should truly be a model for future B&B hosts. Highly recommended! Nothing

The location was phenomenal! The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable The flight of stairs was under estimated! Not three flights but six to our room. The lights on these stairs was timed and shut off quickly…so we had to navigate in the dark in the early morning and at nite! Very dangerous! Also I had a fall on an excursion… my cut was bandaged . Unfortunately blood soiled the sheet and comforter and Linens were left soiled and not changed! Only the bed was made!This is preposterous and not sanitari to say the least !

Fabulous location! It was nice to stay in a small family run B&B. We go personal attention and help with activities, water taxi and breakfast. Would stay again. Everything was great, but as mentioned in the description, it’s on the third floor with lots of steps. Not a problem for us, but it may be for some.

I stayed with my mother for a short vacation and we had wonderful days in Venice. The staff at Aquamare Boutique B&B was truly exceptional, warm, attentive, and always ready to help with every detail. The room was elegant, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The location is perfect, peaceful yet close to all the main attractions Nothing really. Everything exceeded our expectations

You’re right in the heart of all the action and yet it’s so quiet. The staff made our stay very enjoyable with their smallest attention to detail.

Very central location and still very quiet, a centuries-old building but renovated like new, amazing breakfast and the hosts are so so nice. It was just amazing.

location is exelent right in the middle of the city minutes from vaporeto stop very easy to find.Room is spaciuos comfortable clean nice bathroom air conditioned.

Location is very close to St Mark's square. Beautiful accommodations and wonderful breakfast served on the either of the 2 rooftop decks.
