The grand entrance is nice and welcoming, the location is perfect to stay IN the city at night and to walk around early in the morning when it is quiet. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very kind, helpful and kept the buffet fully stack. The air conditioning unit needs a little cleaning, it smells a little bit like mold but evelse was perfect

The location is good. I like their breakfast

The beds were hard and pillows were flat. Several people in our group had a negative encounter with a woman in the breakfast area. She was operating the coffee machine and raised her voice at them. One person needed a spoon and did not know she was not to enter the door by the coffee machine.

Excellent location! Loved the area so much and very much enjoyed the beautiful lobby and outside area for sitting and relaxing. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The breakfast was good and appreciated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend getting two rooms if you have more than 3 people. The only issue we had was that it should be stated more clearly that the 4 person room utilizes a bunk bed. The bunk bed was for my two older teens and the top bunk was not comfortable and needed some more padding since it is a converted couch that raises up. The room and beds were okay otherwise. WiFi was also very weak on the upper floors.

Location. Close to everything, but not in the middle of it! Nothing
-
No shelves. Need more organizational space

The location is wonderful—away from the masses but near the Accademia Bridge, a vaporetto stop, affordable restaurants with good food. The hotel itself has Old World charm, an extremely helpful staff, and a large breakfast. Nothing—modest, attractive, and a great price.

Far from points of interest

location is ok, some good restaurants around, but it is not close to bus and train terminals. It is close to San Marco piazza and other attractions. The breaskfast staff and chefs are good, but it had lack of options if comparable with same level hotels in terms of rates of users and price some rooms facilities are not totally good or explained as needed. The toilter paper support was broken, the toilet heat towel does not heat and the wi-fi inside the room was terrible

Good location Breakfast buffet could have been better

The breakfast was lovely, the staff was even lovelier!

No iron! But that’s v minor issue!

Location is excellent. Not all the double rooms have a french balcony. Shower cabin is very small. Not proper modern sheets.

We traveled as a couple. Loved the hotel staff, excellent location , the room was overall comfortable and bathroom was great with water pressure and hot water overall i recommend this hotel and would comeback. The breakfast was simple but nice and the ladies helping are nice as well. There are just a couple of things I think would improve the experience: 1) having an iron in the hotel so guests can use when needed. 2) placing a full mirror only bathroom mirror Available. 3) bathroom needs a some space to put stuff maybe under the sink or somewhere else not to much space

Our room was to have two beds for four adults instead we had a room with one double and tiny old metal bunk beds. Breakfast room was overcrowded and extremely noisy.

Great location in Dorsoduro, close to major spots but quieter than crowded areas. Charming atmosphere, nice garden, and easy access to water transport. What I didn’t like — the view from my window wasn’t great and felt a bit disappointing.
