Property was in a great location to the train station and easy to find As an American I would love more amenities (bar, restaurant and so on) but that is not practical in Europe. Everything was great!

The breakfast was very nice. Location was good and close to train station. Nothing. Were able to check in when we arrived and check out without any problem.

This was our first time to Venice and it was fortunate that we stayed at this hotel as it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Venice! There were plenty of great places to dine and site see and we “enjoyed” getting lost in such a lovely location. The hotel was very nice and spacious and the reception area was lovely. The staff was outstanding! Screens on the windows! It was cool enough to keep the windows open but the mosquitoes were merciless! We would have appreciated would have been a bug repellent in the room or at the reception area.

Breakfast was great. Good variety for a continental breakfast. Location was nice - close enough to everything but not in the middle of tourist mayhem.
