Hotel Bartolomeo

Great room and bathroom. Loved the luggage storage option and a nice breakfast. Location was a little hard to get to.

Great location easy to find. We enjoyed the many options for breakfast, the dining area was nicely designed and clean. The room and bathroom were spacious. I really appreciated when we arrived to our room the AC was on which made the room a perfect temperature. The bed was a bit firm for my liking, however that's not a deal breaker. I did have a good nights rest.

Location Hard to find the entrance of the hotel. Very easy to get lost in those little alley.

The check in was seamless, the location is very central, and the room is quite clean. Large bathroom. EXCELLENT water pressure in the shower. Overall the experience was positive. When I checked in, the woman checking me in was kind enough to extend complimentary breakfast to me when I arrived. When I went for the breakfast, the person attending was shocked that I came to breakfast. She was exceptionally unwelcoming and felt like I was intruding. I addressed it with the woman at the Front Desk who offered me breakfast but no follow up was given. I would absolutely skip breakfast and find a lovely cafe somewhere else where you're not treated like you don't belong. Very embarrassing behavior.

Good location to tour Venice, friendly staff. The humidity is quite strong in the rooms and the air conditioning does not cool much.

Location was good. Took a bit to find but received help from one retailer. All good. No issues.

We like the hotel breakfast. the lady receptionist is friendly and accommodating. the room we booked is good for two people. location is not busy and guarantees you a restful sleep.

For the location and price it was a great stay. The only thing that was a negative was the mattress, it was a super firm. But if you like a firm bed then all is good.

I really liked the location, it is near most of the attractions and good restaurants at walking distance. Room size was way better than other hotels in Italy. There is a bar right outside of the window so there was some noice at night from people having a good time but other than that it was great. Also elevator is small so if you have big luggage you might have to do extra trips.
