Breakfast was good, the building was old and we had to walk up a lot of stairs
-
The internet connection went on and off in my room
-
Reception is located on the second floor, but is not entirely clear. Signage would be helpful.
-
Room for improvement with the facilities and cleanliness of the rooms.

The view was amazing. Good breakfast and kind staff.

Hotel doors were closed earlier then checkout end time, when I asked for refund.. they haven't refunded back very rude staff
-
The room was stuffy, the outside toilet had no water. I had a bad experience
-
Bathroom very small
-
The location is perfect Wifi was so bad
-
Toilet sink was broken, water was so cold to take a shower, interior awfully old and ruined. Most important thing is the bed which is like prepared for homeless people. Even a boiler wasn't in the room to drink tea or one plate for having something. No refrigerator or even glasses for water.
-
Too many stairs to climb just to get to the reception floor and then more stairs to get to the room...and no elevator. The hotel key felt like it came from the medieval days...heavy and the lock to the bathroom was the antiquated one tooth key made of iron...and you had to turn it in every time you left the bldg. They are staffed 24hrs though.

The room had a heavy perfume smell and our balcony door was not opening (becasue there was a construction work going on I guess) but we did not had any information about that so we had to stay without fresh air for the whole night (the staff said they couldn't do anything about the balcony door)

Great location and very friendly staff. , facilities and comfort are limited. Breakfast is basic with no buffet. The price feels high compared to the standard. Overall, about 6/10.”

Great location, close to everything it’s easy access for relaxed tour in Venice. Rooms are old and not well maintained or clean, AC doesn’t work.

The location is great, just about 6 minutes' walk from the Rialto bridge. The staff were so helpful. Mosquitoes in my room.

The hotel is well placed around good restaurants and bakery. A friendly man came around 3pm everyday to drop off fresh towels and toiletries which made up for not having cleaning service. The hotel has 3 massive flights of stairs to go up to get to the reception desk after which you hope to end up with a room on the same floor. The room we got smelled like mold and was very disgusting. The bathroom and shower curtain was covered in mold. The worst part was that the toilet is not very functional as the lid of it cannot stay up at all the way it’s positioned so when you use it, you must accept the lid resting on your back the entire time or holding it up with one hand while you do your business. There was one very thin sheet on the bed even when Venice was 13 degC outside. As a result, I was incredibly cold at night and did not have any extra warm sheets resulting in me becoming sick after night one. Finally, the AC and heat were not working. When I asked the front desk, they simply said they don’t know why and a technician was called but never showed up. Also had a 5 hour power outage while there so no WiFi and not able to charge the phones at all.

The air conditioner wasn’t working.

Not much Have to go up 3 flights of stairs just to get to reception. They gave 2-70+ year olds the top floor, last room at the back of the bldg. It hadn't been cleaned, wanted to cleaner to hurry and clean it up, then decided they gave us the wrong room. You have to turn in your big brass room key everytime you leave and it hangs up where anyone can take it. We had to take and leave ours most all the time because the receptionist was often gone, all hours of the day. The room was small, musty, and the shower tiles were chipped up. Floor by shower and sink(which you had to walk thru the shower to get to) was moldy and stayed wet most of the time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Literally nothing. Maybe that I couldn’t stay longer.
