Anka, the concierge was outstanding. Very friendly. Very knowledgable and competent. Michael took our bags. He was very friendly. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The room was beautiful. Bravo! It was difficult not to soak the floor when using the shower.

Just minutes from the train station, and so easy to walk to everywhere in the city. Our room was beautiful. Excellent breakfast each morning, where we got to sit and drink coffee and watch the Grand Canal. Would absolutely stay again.

Canal Grande was everything you would want from an exquisite Venetian stay. The suite-style room offered a quintessential European ambiance, and the space itself was both elegant and comfortably spacious—making it a perfect retreat after a day exploring the city. Staff are amazing , front desk especially helpful . Hotel location is beyond beautiful like something out of a movie . I would say we arrived in the evening and the taxi can only get yoy so far due to the little bridges and steps yoy have to take to get over the water .

Love the decor. It was fun to stay in a place that made you feel you were in Italy. Breakfast was great and staff was helpful. The location was a bit far from the activities we were doing. But very quiet at night, which was great.

Location is easy to access on foot from the train station and Piazzale Roma. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The room was very warm.
