Staff was so helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean. They booked a private water taxi for us to get to our cruise ship, so worth it! Rooms are a little small, nothing fancy, but still nice.

The property was well situated and easily accessible. Our room was on the first floor directly by the breakfast area. However, there was a door in front of our room door which blocked out all the smells and noise making for a very comfortable stay. There were a lot of choices offered for breakfast and it was delicious. The outdoor courtyards were comfortable and inviting. Our concierge, Frederico was extremely helpful and engaging. N/A

Quiet location. Beautiful little hotel. Canal view. Staff was informative and helped suggest activities.

Very little Property was not as shown. Rooms were not near each other. Staff at the desk messed up booking things and overcharged while insisting cash only. (Assumption that they will keep the difference). My room was set up poorly. We had a light flashing which they simply unscrewed and didnt fix.

Beautiful property with A/C on a quiet canal, but close to Piazza San Marco. Delicious breakfast (breads, pancakes, cheese, meat, yogurt, fruit, etc.). There’s an inner courtyard that is perfect in good weather. Staff is friendly and goes above and beyond. I liked it all.

This was a wonderful stay! Great staff & location. The property is gorgeous. Very comfortable & great AC during a heatwave. A very nice breakfast. Can’t wait to book it again!

The staff was kind and efficient. Very helpful. Breakfast was a wonderful and convenient perk. The room was very clean and well appointed. Great central air conditioning which is not always a given in Italy. Would definitely stay here if I return to Venice.

Located in a quiet area not far from St Mark square. We were in the apt building and it was lovely. Nice breakfast and VERY friendly staff. Would recommend staying here!

The setting for breakfast was lovely. Set in a beautiful room with and outdoor space as well. The breakfast had so many choices and the staff was so incredibly attentive and helpful! There is nothing I didn’t like about my stay at Hotel Casa Verardo.

The location was amazing….. close to so many things and the hotel was beautiful indie and very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and helped suggest a restaurant and even book a water taxi. It was all fabulous! And breakfast was amazing!

The room's balcony was great and we love having a bathhub. The breakfast was really good as well. The overall architecture or the hotel is really nice.

The location was lovely and quiet. The rooms (we had a full terrace on third floor) was so clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was very helpful. Nothing we actually extended our stay an extra night.
