Location near historic area The beds are not comfortable

Great location 4 minutes from St. Marco's Square. Venice is a real laborynth. Hotel Cittia de Milano is on its own little piazza which gives it an open air feeling. Good breakfast. The room funishings were vintage and really gave it a very unique and comfortable feel. We interacted wtih the staff very little, but everyone was friendly. We also loved the bell tower across the piazza. Really loved our stay here and would come back again. The bathtub/shower had a leak and soaked the bathroom floor. There was no one there to tell about this when we checked. out

I think proximity to San Marks Basilica and many restaurants surrounding the hotel, and a beautiful interior church nearby are plus A room is bit too small and a bed is too small for 5.9 feet tall person. I wish breakfast had hot items as well

It was a twin bed not a double bed. Too much dust

The room was clean, the instructions were provided in advance, and overall the stay was very comfortable. The location was excellent—close to everything you might need—although I did get a bit lost finding the hotel each time ? The bed could be more comfortable, and the lighting could be improved, as it wasn’t always bright enough when needed. Breakfast was quite basic—it would be nice to have more variety, such as eggs or additional options.

I decided at the last minute to come to Venice for the weekend and found the room at this hotel and it was reasonably priced, the room is large, a little outdated but decorated in a style that suits this city, the staff is friendly and the breakfast didn't offer many options but it was good. The location is excellent!!! Although it is a little difficult to find among the small alleys of the city, the hotel is located within a walking distance of no more than 2 to 5 minutes from the main points of interest Although the weather was pleasant in spring, when I returned to the room at night it was a little stuffy. I wanted to turn on the air conditioning for a few minutes, but (probably because of the time of year) it was impossible to turn it on for cooling, only for heating, and its fan made quite a lot of noise. In the end, I had to open the window and it was fine, but the window in this room faces a small space between buildings, which is not very inviting.

Bad and bad Everything

Location I didn’t like the receptionist I found there on April 5th at check in in the morning and when I checked out on April 8 th, So he is impolite and rude about dealing with me and my wife.

Is hidden, we almost did not find it and if you check in after hours it’s kind of difficult. However, good stay for the price:)

Dark room, not enough light The bed sheets were not confortable

Nobody was there, just a note to refer us to another hotel where nobody was there also.... There was a note for a 3rd hotel where we actually stayed

The room had enough space, but it was noisy at night and was pretty humid. The breakfast was good, but there was not much variety.

Music from the restaurant below my window played late and kept me up. Room was not made up when I arrived.

Excellent room and everything else

The only downside was the bed pillows they were very flat.

Nothing Dusty really bad smell
