Not a lot. Its only saving grace was that it was cheaper than so many other places. Breakfast was so disorganised, even though I had paid for it I decided to eat out. The customer service was pretty scant and the room was a long way from how the picture depicted it.

Poor lighting in the room. Very dark in the entrance of room and wardrobe! Need way more lighting. We understand it’s summer and hot! But every hotel just gives sheets for a “blanket” we think a thin blanket would be better. Please also serve breakfast earlier! For summer month many are trying to get out the door earlier and begin walking around Venice before it gets too hot. Better lighting, earlier breakfast and a thin blanket. It would be nice to have ataff in the hotel as well. Instead of walking over to the other hotel

Location, very clean and friendly staff, all main sightseeing locations within 30 minutes walk or by water bus with nearest water bus stop 5 minutes walk from hotel. Our room was Very Red and small but it served its purpose well and was very clean. We only found 1 EU 2 pin plug socket for our travel plug to work in and that was located in Bathroom for us to be able to charge our mobile phones and other purposes.

Its location was fabulous Having check in / reception in another building across the street Wifi terrible Very dark room. Very narrow space to get past bed for the bathroom. There were better rooms as I saw in them , maybe they cost more

Terrace (although pigeons were annoying spreading dirt from floor & elsewhere to the food on the table) Room itself The lady at the reception could be more polite & helping man could be more kind helping with lifting the big back over the stairs at the departure (only helped when I arrived)

Needed an extra night in Venice - stayed here last minute. Perfectly comfortable double room. Excellent breakfast. And able to use the terrace at the hotel belle arti across the road while waiting for the ferry. Made for a very comfortable last day It was all ok for the price.

Breakfast was very good. Great location, close to restaurants, 15 minute walk to St Mark's, five minutes walk to ferries. Issue with power points (German not European).
