The location is fantastic!!! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly - they truly make an effort to guide you to have a wonderful experience in Venice and not feel overwhelmed by the amount of tourists. One of the few hotels in Venice to offer a triple room and with welcome drinks and snacks. Breakfast is great and it’s table service rather than buffet. Highly recommend this property for visiting Venice.

breakfast is not good and is uncomfortable. A person should be able to take what they want․ It's very inconvenient, you choose what you want, but the staff has to deliver it.
-
It was centrally located and included breakfast which was very nice No elevator to the 4th floor so our elderly friends had to ask my husband for help bringing down their luggage when we were checking out. No staff were available to assist.

amazing location, super friendly and helpful staff! 10/10 the lady that was checking us in was extremely nice, gave us a lot of recommendations and tips! a/c was not the best but that’s hardly a complaint!

This hotel was located very near San Marco Square and was easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in recommending restaurants, giving directions, etc. Breakfast was delightful and was a combination of buffet where we selected our choices and the staff filled our plates and served at our table. Coffee was delicious. The people were so friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel. Very close to the Grand Canal. I can't think of anything that we did not like at this hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was welcoming and the location was great. The room size was extremely small the photos on the website did not reflect the size the room. The breakfast area was small and the choice was slim you were not able to serve yourself due to the small confined space.

The hotel is located perfectly for seeing the sights and catching the water taxi. It is clean and quiet for some much needed rest. The staff was kind to help us navigate boats and trains. Thank you!

Wonderful hotel, excellent location, very welcoming lobby staff. Everything was clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The bathrooms and plumbing fixtures were modern and in excellent condition. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will definitely come back. Nothing

The location was convenient to several major attractions. Latta-I hope thats her name at the front desk-was lovely!! She met us when we got off the water taxi and went over everything to do in the city. She was friendly all week long and helped us schedule the water taxi to get to the airport. She was so nice. We loved the little sweets in our room every day. A nice touch! The breakfast was delicious!! The rooftop was beautiful too! The mattress was dated. Had some shower water issues but it did get resolved. Breakfast servers were interesting-a little Italian grumpiness, but the food was delicious. It was a true hidden Italian gem.

The location was very convenient and our room was so cute! We loved the little details. The staff was very informative and the welcome drinks and snacks were very appreciative. Wonderful breakfast served also.

Location was close to St Marks Square. It was a bit hard to find because it was down an alley way.
-
Location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, rooftop terrace Advertised you can have breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Add doesn’t mention it’s 5 euros a day pp charge to be used to tip the servers

The bathroom had a recent and lovely renovation that we appreciated. I had a birthday there and they delivered a box of chocolates. We appreciated the welcome drinks and snacks delivered to our room. Appreciated the nice umbrellas as it rained 2 days straight. The location was crowded and loud. The room was ridiculously small. The buffet breakfast was strange as you could not serve yourself. The breakfast staff did not seem happy. The evening front desk man (a younger man who acted like he thought he was a model) was not very helpful but the rest of the front desk staff were quite helpful. We needed help understanding times for the vaporetto. The other front desk staff went out of their way to explain points of interest on the maps.

This is an excellent, intimate boutique hotel in the center of San Marco. It completely avoids that generic corporate feel, so I felt like I was experiencing Venice itself. I stayed for 5 days and its location was the perfect base to see Venice on foot. The room had great natural light and matched the website photos exactly. Finding daily chocolates in the room was a great touch. The really great part was the front desk team. They treat you like they know you. I never had to give my room number; they recognized me by name and handed me my key when I walked in. My booking was last-minute, with a midnight arrival, and one of the concierges, Claudia, organized a taxi waiting at the airport and a water taxi that dropped me less than a minute's walk from the hotel. All the concierges were that attentive all week. They actually pull out maps to explain neighborhoods. Claudia even recommended a restaurant that locals eat at, and called ahead to verify that they were open when I wanted to go. Another concierge secured same-day concert tickets for me on short notice. In a city that is so busy and touristy, this level of attention made my stay feel personal and special.

Amazing location, friendly staff, cozy interior and tasty breakfast. Everything was clean, quiet and even with small gifts every day and by the end of the stay. Hotel really needs to swap Vietnamese flip-flops for usual ones.
