Hotel Guerrini

Location was walking distance to sites, train station and ferries. It was in an alley off the main street so it was more quiet. Pricey but Venice is pricey. I could not check in early.

Clean, updated room. Very cute with a great window and view. Perfect location tucked away on the side street. Air conditioning was great. We could hear rats in the roof but never in the property.

The breakfast was not worth the 14 euros.

The photos show beautiful rooms, but the listing does not mention that there are two buildings. If you stay in the main building (where the reception and breakfast are), it seems those are the rooms shown in the photos, and they are truly lovely. There is also an annex building, which is still beautiful and very well located. However, it can be quite noisy at times, and you can hear everything from the rooms next door.

The location is near the station about 5 minutes walking and easy to find The room and bathroom are so small

Friendly staff, great location, plenty of room for 4. Poor water pressure in the bathroom sink, electric breaker was malfunctioning, a bit outdated.

The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The room was spotless, very well maintained, and comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day. Another major advantage is the location. The hotel is relatively close to the train station, which makes transporting luggage much easier than at many other places in Venice. This was especially convenient when arriving and departing with bags. Overall, a fantastic experience. The staff even allowed me to leave my bags with them outside check in and check out hours.

In summer air conditioning should be better, I struggled to have a good night sleep

Fantastic location, beautiful decor, very clean, lovely family /staff, were great letting us into room before check-in & giving us a ground-level room as requested (I had a big, heavy suitcase). Lovely buffet brekkie. We loved there! Would highly recommend & definitely would stay there again if we are ever lucky enough to go back to Venice! Nothing.

The location is perfect. It’s centrally located but at the same time tucked away from all the buzz surrounding it. The aircon seems to be permanently set to heater mode as it only blew hot air no matter what setting or mode you put it on. The reception did provide a small electric fan to help keep us cool.

Excellent location near to Main Street! Nothing I could think about!

The hotel was amazing! The room was fantastic, the breakfast has a lot of options and the location is perfect. My only concern is that it does not have lift, if it's not a problem, then you have the best hotel at Venice

The shower was difficult to move around and get in and out of. There was machine noises all night most nights where it was difficult to sleep.

Amazing location 7 min walk from train station of Venice, no transportation needed to reach the hotel. our room was fully renovated which is perfect for us, we also had a nice small balcony only for our room. the street of the location was very crowded and livable place which we really liked. no elevator for the bags!

Everything!! it was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment for our family of four. We felt like we had so much room and weren’t cramped at all. Everything was extremely clean. The location was wonderful. An easy walk from the terminal and to the train station. And the A/C was great!!! N/A
