Close to the train station but a bit far from ferry station Staff very nice and very clean and cozy

It has air conditioning so so nice when we came since it was summer with the heatwave and all. They also have kettle and some teas. The location is also good around 6-8 mins walk from the train station.

The hotel as in a great location right in the canal. The staff were so friendly and welcoming! They accommodated an early check in which was huge for us because it allowed us to take a much needed power nap after the jet lag. The room was very clean and had a mini fridge and safe. The outside of the hotel looks a bit underwhelming, however this feeling quickly faded when you enter because the interior is newly renovated and very clean!

Lovely neighborhood. Convenient to main attractions, vaporetto, and train station We had problems with the air conditioning which were not able to be resolved during our 3 night stay. We appreciate that a fan was provided but it would have been nice for the air to have been repaired more quickly

Excellent location, very clean . Staff were amazing!

Location on the Grand Canal was awesome. Close to restaurants and close enough to the train station. The sound carries through the doors and walls. I could hear other guests talking and the bed was a bit firm.

The room was too small for family for 3. No place to move 2 people in the same tame. The room was very gloomy. Outside was 5 degree and the room was not enough warm. I asked extra blankets. They gave also small heater.
