Fantastic! We traveled to 5 European cities and this was our best stay! It was exceptional Gianni was sweet and attentive to our family everyday. The breakfast was delicious and service always great!

We enjoyed all parts of our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the location was fine, all of the amenities were perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast which was really more like brunch… fabulous.!!Mostly, the treatment from the staff was second to none. Each person was helpful and knew us within a day and called us by name. This was a wonderful experience. We loved it all!

It Was Beautiful With A Warm And Friendly Staff That Was Attentive To Our Every Need. The Room Was A Bit Small

We had an excellent stay while traveling with family. The hotel is located in an authentic historic palazzo, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its elegance and character. The interiors are absolutely superb and truly feel like a royal palace. Every detail reflects refinement from the magnificent Murano chandeliers and silk wall coverings to the beautiful marble bathrooms and outstanding overall design. The atmosphere perfectly combines Venetian history with comfort and sophistication. A special thank you to Gianni, who adds an extra star to this wonderful hotel. His hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. We would also like to thank the rest of the team, who were equally welcoming and professional throughout our visit. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly special experience in Venice.

Location in the academia area and excellent staff. Gianni was great. Nothing

The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. We stayed in the Blue Suite, and the room was simply stunning. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling. Everything about the property felt beautiful and thoughtfully curated. We especially enjoyed our daily breakfast in the garden or under the pergola; it was delicious every morning. A special mention to Laura, our waitress, who made the experience even more enjoyable. We also loved the thoughtful touches left in our room throughout our stay. The location was perfect: peaceful and away from the crowds, yet still within easy walking distance of the main attractions. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a true Palladian experience in Venice. Nothing!

Nothing to be honest - very nice property and great service throughout.
-
Location is perfect, nearby two water bus stations, the area in Dorsoduro is quieter and less crowded. Our room is beautifully furnished in Old World palazzo style and they have a “secret garden” to have breakfast/ drinks in. None

Hotel staff was very accommodating, cheerful and enthusiastic. Restaurant was closed on our arrival day.
-
We had to go out through the garden to get to our room. It was a problem only when it rained.
-
Amazing old building perfectly maintained in a great location and the small garden makes a unique charm Room windows (3 ie the entire room !) open on the neighbor wall 2 meter away and in between is noisy engine of the vents (and not complaining that there was construction going on in that small passage but low season you have to maintain). Staff was very nice and friendly but not very efficient.

Excellent. I was upgraded to the suit. Staff was so helpful and pleasant. None

The staff was wonderful

Hotel is beautiful, staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was very nice and well-equipped. Our only complaint is the room was tiny. We could barely walk around with our suitcases on the floor. Also, the room was in back off the garden, up one floor with no elevator access.
