No receptionist it’s a keyless entry. I didn’t know this I have wait in the street to send all the information to to get the passcode

Room was enormous with canal view. Very charming canal road not far from the train station, easy walk with luggage. If you are looking for a quite area to retreat this is a great space. I think we were very satisfied. I generally think a little more cabinet space in the restroom would have been nice but we managed just fine as is.

The location It was dirty, there was mold, safe did work and no one fixed it as promised, AC hardly worked.

For those wanting something off the beaten path, this is a great option. Close to the bus/train station in an area of the city with very little foot traffic. Room was spacious and as advertised. Check in process is very easy and conducted via email.

Location was quiet and away from the busy areas. Our room was right next to the breakfast area. We felt like there was very little privacy. We were woken each morning by the staff prepping for breakfast and then all the guests getting their day started. It was awkward walking out of our room right into people eating breakfast. One day there was a large group of students. The teacher was stood right in front of our room door giving them instructions for the day.

It's perfectly located close to the bus station but still tucked away from the noise and foot traffic. It was very easy to check-in and get the codes for the door and room. Nothing

Excellent hotel! The staff is super friendly and communication is great. They provide a lot of information on Venice and answer all questions right away. Rooms and breakfast room are sparkling clean , and the breakfast is delicious. Location is great, 5 min walk to the train station/ point where it's allowed for all taxis to enter Venice. The main touristy spots to visit in Venice are walkable from the hotel. Highly recommend and will book again when back in Venice!

Location was excellent. Got off bus at Piazzale Roma and it is a very easy walk to hotel even with large luggage. Only one bridge then you there. Has elevator so even that is easy. Very poor water pressure. AC struggled to cool place down on a 70 degree day. You had to run the water for about 7 minutes to get hot water.

The shower did not work properly (broken/rusty showerhead), drain smell in bathroom and to some extent bedroom, the hotel room was cold because unfortunately the central heating was already off in early May, we were given a blanket.

Location was really convenient, we came to venice by train, just a short walk with our luggage and then like a 20 min walk to the center, it was perfect. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable bed, big bathroom and hot water. It is a smart hotel, everything went smoothly with code for entering and surprisingly our room was ready an hour before check in. Would recommend it! Nothing bad to say!

As hotels go this one has to rate in the higher bracket. Reasonable cost, easy to find in an excellent location near the bus and train station. The customer service is excellent. With answers to any queries in minutes. The quality of the hotel is amazing. Comfy, large bed, and everything else you need for a pleasant stay. I would 100% stop here again. There isn't anything to not like. It's a quality hotel at a reasonable cost.
