The staff were so friendly! Breakfast was delicious and was tucked away from crowds in its own little courtyard. Loretta was so kind to help us with getting a last minute train and even checked in to make sure we made it! Everything was perfect, except there was no safe in the room for our passports.

Location and staff were friendly

Great location, simple accommodations with a comfy bed. Breakfast was nice too. Little noisy with the doors in the hallway opening and closing during the night. Ear plugs were essential.

The room was perfectly located in the heart of Venice, close to everything but tucked away so that it feels private. Room is not big but it was plenty for two, bed was comfy, room was dark and quiet. The staff was really lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning on the terrace was one of my favorite things, so peaceful and relaxed. Plenty of good coffee, buns, yogurt and other yummy items. Highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel.

Good location great staff friendly and helpful Nice breakfast included clean room and bathroom Rooftop patio Our bathroom was outside our room and we needed keys to get in the building then one for our room and another for the bathroom No elevator so we needed to go up many flights of stairs

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect ending to our Italy trip. We were pleasantly upgraded to a room with an incredible view and gifted a bottle of Prosecco, which made our stay feel extra special. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff was warm and attentive and the breakfast each morning was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience in Venice!

Samuel make everything perfect for us we book this hotel didn’t realize that the bathroom was separate from our bedroom and kindly give us a room with a bathroom the next day. Normally he works night shifts there is 2 times a week he was very helpful and show us places to go in Venice and we went to every single place he recommended and we had the best time ever thank to him, you be very lucky if he work the days you stay there asking anything you want very polite and try everything to help you with a big smile.

Where to begin… the check in process was super simple and the staff gave us an upgrade to a room that overlooked the nearby plaza. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day and the coffee was delicious. We were in Venice for a wedding and spent several evenings on the rooftop balcony and front courtyard. Anthony took time to get us plates, drinks, and snacks for the kids present. We grabbed pasta the night after the wedding and ate in the courtyard outside the hotel. When Anthony found out our friends were celebrating their wedding, he gave us a bottle of prosecco, and went and purchased us all tiramisu; they weren’t even guests at the hotel, but he made us all feel so welcome. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the city center for easy walking. Anthony: you are a gem of a man, thank you for making our trip so special. Na

I didn't care for it. Very bland. Booking.com said the rooms had AC and we didn't ? ? Also pictures of the place are very deceiving on booking.com. The room was much smaller than depicted in the pictures. We were very disappointed ☹️
