Very nice and beautiful apartment at the center of Venice. Easy to walk everywhere

The person I texted to check in was rude, I know is not mandatory to let us leave our luggage earlier and come back to check in and he specify that so we rented a locker on the city for our stuff until check in but when we when to the property 30 min earlier he was telling me I was checking in earlier and he wasn't expecting that. He was rude. The only place I had travel where they don't let you leave your stuff and come back or check in 30 min earlier if the room was ready.

The location of the apartment is good and the large room has a private bathroom and a small fridge. It has wi-fi. The view is deceptive as two of the three windows look out onto a rubbish dump. The ‘remote check-in’ was ineffective and we ended up standing out in torrential rain for half an hour until the lovely neighbour came and opened the front door for us. Matheus was good with his communication and directions to the property. Right up until we arrived at the front door and then he became very abrupt and rude because his system of ‘buzzing us in’ to the building was not working and we couldn’t open the front door to access our accommodation. The accommodation is not what was portrayed in the photographs or description online. The room was not cleaned after the last guests and we were finding other peoples hair all over the floor, furniture and bathroom. The bin next to the toilet had not been changed and had the previous guests trash in it. There was no soap or body wash in the shower, only an old bottle of women’s hair conditioner. The walls were very thin and you could hear other guests talking or using the bathroom throughout the night. The entire apartment is dirty, smelly and could do with a basic renovation. It really wouldn’t cost much to make it nice. The price of the room per night is not worth it. I wish we never came to Venice. It was horrible.

It was close to the train station and not very busy around it. Someone was very loud at 3am in the little room outside of our door and spilled beer everywhere to make the whole place stink.

Good location, communication , neighborhood, close to supermarket and waterbus station. Host was responsive. The building is old and a bit out of date. Check in was complicated. Price was too high compared to the facilities.

Location Construction noise outside my window starting at 6.30 am and continuing all day. Very noisy!

Good size, clean, and you have everything you need in the room or inside the facilities like a common space. Good WiFi connection and very well located. The owner is such a nice guy, very attentive, he helped us with everything we needed, he gave us options, that's very much appreciated, thanks. The room is quite cold, and the hitting wasn't working. Unfortunately the acoustic isn't very good, you can hear a lot of noise from outside, we woke up because of this our 2 mornings in the room. Despite the good location, we think it might be overpriced. We say all of these in a respectful way, it's a constructive opinion.

Great location! Was perfect for family of 4 for one night in Venice. Clean and comfortable. Check in instructions were a bit slow and could be improved

Location and great directions on how to find the room. Great location not sure I would stay there again.
