It is tired and dull.

Location excellent. No restaurant for breakfast but plenty of places nearby to choose from. Old building of charm and faded elegance with very kind and helpful staff. Bathrooms small and need renovation.

It was very close to the Malecon. It was a little outdated, but still comfortable.

The staff members were very kind, respectful and friendly! The rooms were clean daily and one of the best features was that they locked the main front doors at night and only people staying there would have access in. Giving it a safe atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was friendly, great location close to shops, zocalo, port, and restaurants. I found the wifi pretty decent for working (video conferencing more specifically). Very good air con. We found Everything great.

Very central location and kind staff Small, uncomfortable rooms with no a/c (at a very hot and humid place)

Cable sports on TV. Air-con. Was clean. Bed comfortable. Location isn’t ideal. Several blocks from the zocalo and port/ boardwalk - however Veracruz is not a tourist town (not hotels fault). No soap provided, we only got a single shampoo at the start of our stay.
