Hotel doesn't respond to messages via the booking.com app

Location Mold everywhere, toilet bad condition, towels very old.

Cleaning ladies were great. Every front desk person except the first person I checked in with were rude. I needed to stay one more night and they were being smart-aleck's about it when trying to book another night. Needless to say booking that extra night was difficult.

The hotel is in a good location, real close to the Naval museum and History museum. 5 -10 minutes to the Zocalo, the Malecon.and other attractions. It's an old hotel, very well run. Everything worked, and they provided free water.. Tip, near the Naval museum, next to the college and bakery is a bookstore. Go in, it's wonderfully set up. Also has a cafe, outdoor seating. The safe was placed too high, I could hardly reach it. The room provided everything, but lacked a personal touch, and so did the lobby.. The restaurant was unattractive and the food could have been better.

Once a grand hotel, the facilities and rooms are a little tired, but still very nice and comfortable like an old relative. The staff is always nice, and helpful, and the room clean and tidy. The hot water was scalding hot. It's nice to have hot water for sure, and the pressure was great on the 1st floor, but wow, too hot!

A fridge in the room would of been nice Nothing

-Old bedding -Old towels -Lumpy old pillows -Mould in the bathroom -lukewarm water in the shower, All the chrome on the taps completely worn off. The shower head seized. - No control over the air-conditioning. Either full blast or turn off. -The hot tub was full of dirt and cold water. -The food was atrocious in the restaurant. The place is also very noisy on the interior as it's completely tiled throughout

Location It’s old

Central location close to the harbour and local shops. Great parking facilities. Loved the fact you can refill your water bottle. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet despite being close to the pool area.

The location is really nice, and can walk to the Veracruz port. The surrounding is beautiful and the room is really nice. Also, the most important, I made a mistake when I book the hotel (I booked in another day), and finally the staff helped us to get a room when I arrived. I really appreciate it. The Wi-Fi is weak and is hard to connect with my iPhone. But my friend's Xiaomi works well.

A nicehotel in downtown, very close to malecon, 5 minutes walk from Zocalo. The area is very quiet and secure. My room was clean with comfortable bed, everyhing worked as it should work - AC, TV, wi-fi, hot and cold water. The hotel fully met my expectations.

Good service. Very clean and their sanity measure ares really good. Very good service, there isn't a place to smoke. I would like to be safe in the hotel if I want to have a cigarette, not on the street.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge secure parking. Water distributors hot and cold. Hot shower. Pool area (cold in Dec. but relaxing area). 1 diner at empty restaurant was a waste, very insipid food.

Hot tub was cold, I let them know but nothing was done. Room had not been remodeled in some time though advertised that all have been. Bed was small and slanted off to one side. Had to kill two cockroaches.

There is a light outside the doors of the rooms in the ceiling of the hallways. Above the door to each room is a frosted glass window. The light creates a glow in the room at night that can be bothersome to some.
