The service was slow but the employees were very nice and helpful. I paid extra for an ocean view and the window was small and off to the side. I thought the window view would be more dramatic.

We didn’t have breakfast there. The hotel is beautiful but dated. It was Hard to recharge phones and laptops at the same time. Car parking was awkward.

Unfortunately, the place is different from the pictures and extremely expensive in comparison to other hotels in Mexico. You can’t open the windows and the AC is super noisy.

The location right next to the port is good. We travelled for the marathon event, which starts early and needed to rest the night before. However, the hotel had an event on the second floor that same night that didn't let us sleep. Really disappointed given the staff knew several guests were there for the marathon. Additionally, the hotel is across the street from another event venue which also caused a lot of noise during the night.

staff really nice they were able to change the room for one on the 3rd floor, great view of the city and everything is just a walking distance, safe place to stay I did not really have an issue in my staying

Restaurant was good. Service there was good. Location of hotel was good for us. sitting in the lobby. Only two uncomfortable chairs.
