Redheaded female clerk at check in was unhelpful. Other staffers were great. Liked garden and restaurant was tasty. Initial clerk was indifferent and seems to spend most of her time in the office. Not helpful if guests have questions.

No breakfast. Location is good. I have no complaints.

Excellent Hotel, friendly staff helpfull , luggage storage if you need it, safe in room, There is one English channel Fox News on television , Beautiful hotel located on malecon close too many restaurants, bars and shops booked in advance got excellent rate. Stayed on 2nd floor no windows, hotel and room met our needs, next time we would book a balcony as we both enjoy watching the cargo ships in port.

Excellent location on the Malecon. Small pool was nice to cool off in. The terrace is a beautiful place to read and have a cold cerveza. Rooms weren’t very soundproof. Awakened at 7 am to a loud tv next door.

Strong smell of disinfectant.

The room was clean and the location was very convenient. I was surprised to discover that there was no window in my room just a glowing wall with a curtain. I just assumed there would be a window-- is that a weird assumption? So if you are booking at this hotel and want a window in your room, be sure to pick a room with a "view." I stayed in room 206 and I do NOT recommend it. It was right next to the elevator and very loud. In the room, I could hear people talking in the hallway and people waiting for the elevator. Also, right above the room on level 3, there is some kind of cafe or service area that must have an ice machine or some other type of appliance that makes loud noises at odd hours, all day and all night. It is very loud when you're trying to sleep. Also you can hear people dropping things on the floor. I had a pretty awful night's sleep most nights. The other rooms might be nice, but avoid room 206.

Very beautiful property. Clean quiet. Located in Malcon. Parking is great behind a gate maned by staff. Staff super friendly as well. I would recommend 1000x

The hotel is in a good location. Close to the boardwalk, restaurants, historical landmarks and museums. Fare warning the building is a bit on the older side the AC is preset and not adjustable however, they do provide hot water, clean towels and right around the corner there is a good breakfast cafe.

The location was really great . Also the hotel was clean and receptionist was helpful I didn’t like the breakfast options but there are places nearby to eat. It also felt a bit unorganized

It was a convenient location with harbor sites and walkable options. Staff member was eager to assist with tour options and pickup. Limited English spoken at desk and lack of flexibility with staff on checkin.

The property is located close to the historic district. The room is spacious and well appointed. The staff are very friendly and eager to make sure that your stay is pleasant. The area is very safe. Nothing.

Good location on Malecon. Easy walk to centro. AC and shower worked well. Staff very nice. Interesting views from room. More provided in room: eg. More toilet paper, more towels in better shape.

Bright sunny rooms, centrally located, great value, helpful and attentive staff, cafeteria onsite was a bonus. I have no complaints.
