Good location. You pay for what you get and there is no generosity or taking the extra step from the hotel but the lady at reception was extremely rude and off putting every single time we had to deal with her, even just to say hi. Unfriendly staff

It's in a great location and is what I would expect for the money. They won't check you in before 15:00, but I think this is pretty common. The wifi is marginal.

Close to the Malecon. Had a small lobby—good value for the price. Sometimes when I would return to the hotel during the day the door would be locked and staff would have to let me in.

to my surprise one of the only places whom with breakfast in the morning they offered black Tea breakfast was including omelet and tropical fruits ,kitchen had many more choices for a price and the staff in kitchen were amazingly friendly and polite price was kind of higher than others

The staff were super friendly, the room was very clean, the linens were nice. The air conditioning worked great. The room wasn't pretty but it was definitely clean and comfortable and I felt safe there. And it was just a couple of blocks from the Malecón and walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go in the historic district. One of the windows didn't fit in is frame correctly and didn't lock (but I was on the 3rd floor so to me that wasn't a safety issue, just kind of weird). The other window faced an interior space that was lit up all night, and the curtain only covered half of it, so the room didn't get dark enough at night. I would have had trouble sleeping if I hadn't had my sleep mask. So I would only recommend this hotel to a sturdy traveler like me who cares more about budget and safety than beauty or perfection.
