It’s central No hot water No internet

Unfortunately the hotel is getting old and with not enough maintenance, it wasn't available hot water, the pool area was modified and now it's too small to really enjoy It.

It was my first visit to Veracruz. The hotel is cheap and not very cheerful. The location is near the port and the prominade is great to walk on along the ocean. The room was basic, but it is fine at the price level. The Wifi is exceptionally poor and the area around the hotel is very noisy with vehicular travel. Had the wifi been more useful, I would have stayed longer, but I could not work.

The location of the hotel...at the edge of the historic district. The hotel is old. The air conditioners are old and makes it hard to sleep. Our room was on the side of the hotel with traffic and the traffic was very loud. Our shower was and odd shape and you had to squeeze into a small area to get your shower.

Brilliant hotel, staff were very helpful, rooms were clean and the location is brilliant. You have sea views from some of the rooms and there is a pool on the roof. Wi-Fi didn’t work inside our room but would connect in the hallway and the lobby was comfortable enough that we could sit there to connect

Just the location, the personnel was attentive. If I say the WiFi was spotty that would be a complement. I did not have cell service, I use wifi to make calls, internet search, etc. AC unit had a leak that landed right on top of the corner of the bed.

Location, location and location that’s it AC was not working properly and not enough electrical outlets, bathroom too small and looking old, towels worn.
