This is a very nice hotel. Very clean very quiet , staff friendly. Everything was great with this place. Location to the beach and Malecón was very near. The only improvement I woukd make is have black out curtains in the rooms.

Room vas spacious, aesthetically pleasing and clean. It had a good sized TV and bed was comfy enough. The view from our window was to the other building of the hotel and the outside is a little neglected so it doesn't look its best which is something that can be said about the overall exterior look.

Comfortable bed, hot shower, friendly staff, good location. The pool was quite shallow but clean and perfect for our 1 year old baby. We enjoyed cooling off in it. No soap in the bathroom

The noise from the street traffic early morning and really loud music coming from somewhere at night

This was a basic room that was not fancy but comfortable, great air conditioning and shower. lnternet was spotty at times but if you don’t need fancy, this place is great. Nothing.

The pool, it's kinda for kids, the location is very closely to the beach and local malls.

The building was pretty and the beds were very comfortable. It was very spacious and clean. It was extremely loud from the traffic with all the busses passing and honking. We paid extra for a balcony and there was a very small balcony with no chairs and it didn't seal, leading to more noise . The staff was non existent after checking in and we had to leave early in the morning and there was no one there to check out with.

The staff went out of their way to take care of things I asked for. Like a clean bucket at 1 a.m. to do some hand washing of clothes in my room. And making phone calls to find out where I could rent a bicycle. Had to ask for hot water in the morning. But they fixed it. Then it was lovely, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Petty little things that I shared with them also, like the way the curtains hung on the rod, it was impossible to keep them open to get natural light in the room. I suggested they get curtain ties.
