Location location location! Exceptional host! Fabulous parking! Pool with a view! Lovely breakfast! Walkable distance to Suna town. Needs AC in room for summer months! The sign outside is faded and hidden by Ivy.

Filippo was a wonderful host. B&B is really private with only two rooms. The pool is very nice and refreshing on a hot day. The room is not very big, but it didn't bother us. Good coffee. The breakfast was tasty, but could also include for example eggs and fruits.

Filippo is a wonderful host. He keeps his special place perfectly groomed. The lawn & pool, everything! The breakfast is served with love. He stops at the bakery every morning to pamper you with fresh bread and pastry. Plus he varies the selection. Outstanding!! We enjoyed the view & the calm very much. See you again Filippo! Thank you! The breakfast was fantastic and well-prepared. Filippo is an extremely charismatic, very organised, efficient host. The location is beautiful, almost like a touch of Paradise: very peaceful and relaxing. I have problems with my ankles so I didn't like climbing the steps to get to the B & B. That, however, is my personal problem and is not a negative comment about the place

Filippo was adorable and very service minded. He picked us up at the ferry boat station at Pallanza and drove us back (as we didn't come with a car). That was very sweet. View incredible. The pool and outdoor area is amazing. We unfortunately could not enjoy it that much due to weather but was very nice. Bed & Pillow very comfortable. Great shower! And big bathroom. Great hikes around as you are close to the mountains. Approx 10 min walk to nearest restaurants and 30 min to the nearest ferry boat station. Breakfast was good (Italian + eggs) and fresh pastries. Nice coffee and delicious orange juice. There are only 2 rooms in the B&B so also quite private. -Everyone has different taste but we definitely think the rooms could use an upgrade in terms of wall paint color and the bed frame being not ideal. -Room (with blue walls) was a bit small (looks bigger on the pictures) but otherwise comfortable. - could be great with an additional chair outside room so both people can sit outside :)

The view. Parking. Pool. Filippo very friendly & helpful (apart from breakfast arrangements). Room smaller than expected (photos deceiving). No easy ventilation. Rough towels. Breakfast too late (9.00am, asked for earlier so offered 8.30am first day then it reverted to 9.00am) and limited, no fruit or yogurt. Minor things need fixing or replacing. Wifi was only available outside the room & was very weak.
