The location is nice and the staff are nice. Breakfast is pretty good and included in the fare! Lake front with amazing views from the balcony. They had no air conditioning for our entire stay! The temperature at night was too hot to sleep.

The best location in Verbania. Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Vey friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Parking was challenging. We first walked to the parking lot before we parked the car. Verbania is one of the most difficult European towns to drive for travellers. Many roads are one way roads.

Location, staff, food. We were on the 5th floor. There were times we had no water pressure or water.

Excellent location. Staff were so nice and friendly and helpful. We checked in very late so we got the room at the top floor (5th) with a direct view to the lake. Location is great. Breakfast was good. We liked it. The wall between the room are thin so you can hear the next door guest snoring at night. :-)

Perfect location for a short or extended stay on Lago Maggiore. On the lake across from the ferry terminal to the Borromeo islands and other lake towns. A few steps from the main piazza and good restaurants. Historical building, spacious rooms most of them with a view of the lake, professional courteous staff and parking. Good breakfast.

Location and staff and the public parts of the hotel. Very clean room and great lake view. Good breakfast buffet. The size of the room and that I had booked a balcony and instead had just a foot sized step outside the window. Nothing in the minibar but water.
