I liked the hotel location (in front of the lake), helpful & friendly staff (receptionist, waiter and cook), excellent cooking (breakfast and dinner). The fact that there was no real wardrobe; just an open hanging place for clothes. It was ok for a short stay, but not suitable for a longer stay.

Perfect location, I really like it; it was my second time there. The rooms are very cute and I slept really well. I would go back the next time I am in the area.

Beautiful views of the lake and piazza. The staff was extremely helpful with parking and any questions. The bed was very comfortable. The AC was too loud to use at night, which can be inconvenient if that’s the main reason for booking.

My husband and I along with our 1 month-old baby travelled to Palanza (Verbania) for a wedding. We stayed at Hotel Novara as it was a 5 minute walk from the venue but in the center of the little town. The room was small but cozy with all the necessary amenities. The hotel doesn't have an elevator (this is mentioned in the Hotel description) but our room was on the second floor so it wasn't a problem for my husband to carry the pram up and down the stairs. It also has a restaurant with delicious food.

Location and my room Had all the amenities I needed They did not have an iron which most travellers needed. They assigned outside breakfast tables with your room number clearly displayed which meant you couldn’t pick where you sat and also a safety issue as anyone can see which room you are in

Our stay in Verbania was great. The rooms were clean and tidy, equipped with air conditioning and a very nice shower. Breakfast was à la carte and of good quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was fine, making it a recommended hotel. Room soundproofing and the Wi-Fi connection for video streaming could be improved. Moreover, there was no iron available either in the room or elsewhere in the hotel.

We arrived very late, but the staff waited for us, they were warm welcoming, and friendly. The view from the room towards the square and lake is lovely. The bathroom is modern, and the room is clean and perfect for a short stay. You have to walk a little bit from the free parking lot (the staff told us where to find it, but it was not written in the description after booking)
