The hotel itself is beautiful and ideally located Service is average - for example, housekeeping does not clean the rooms every day, the team was not very receptive to requests, etc.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Our suite was spacious and well designed. The shower was a bit small. Breakfast was standard, and I hoped to find baked beans or roesties as an add on. But in general it was good. Breakfast should be more variety.

We booked one night but wished we had booked more and now that we know of the hotel and lake Maggiore we will be back for a longer stay. Bed was very clean but a bit too firm.

location and food. staff is also kind. a bit outdated in the service of what you expect from this kind of hotel. minibar in the room is very poor (no snacks of any kind)and the room don't even have a kettle or coffee machine. the breakfast also is not so wow in term of choice, but the quality of the food is good.

Location was excellent as well as the common areas. The window did not work. Also the lights in the bathroom did not work. I would have expected a hotel like this to have a standing shower.

Beautiful, directly on the Lago Maggiore, nice for swimming in the lake or even in the indoor pool. Breakfast was okey but had some air for improving

Nothing to dislike. Just one detail that could be improved. We had one of the smaller rooms in the hotel, where the shower is in a very small space next to the bathroom, this was not very convenient, in particular there is nothing there to hang your towel.

Fabulous Hotel, on the lake front with direct access. We stayed in the annexe apartments, very recently refurbed. Very high standard for a 4 star hotel. Location, the hotel itself is a great location, Lake front, but the closest town Pallanza is not so nice, looks like it has seen better days.
