The location is excellent. The flat is large, with good layout, initially well-equipped, but not maintained good. During our 3day stay we did not have internet connection, the host said it is due to provider issues and did nothing to provide any solution. Also the blankets were dirty, dishwasher doesywork properly.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable and all as described. The location was perfect - close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and helpful, and check in/check out easy! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

It was ok, but they need to pay more attention to the security, During our stay one night somebody they tried to open the door at night several times. My family was very afraid, the next day we went to a tripe when we return the door was wide open, i try to call the owners of the place but nobody answered, nothing was left but the paranoia was already on our head, and we slept on the living room together because my children were very afraid, the next day they told me , oh sorry it was the cleaning lady.

Perfect location - the best you can get for in Verona- historical centre. There was a problem with the WiFi - neither one of us staying there could connect .

The location is great. In one of the rooms there was a lot of mold. To get the keys to the apartment, you need to go to another address first.... with suitcases, this can become uncomfortable. Apartment with little natural lighting.

Location was amazing! Nice amount of space. Host was great, made great suggestions where to go. Washing machine and drying rack was a great addition for anyone traveling light. Need a new cleaning service. My son scrubbed the bathroom and shower. Floor never washed or vacuumed. Dirty mugs in dishwasher. We bought dishwashing soap but they still didn’t get clean inside.

I was me second time staying in a apartment of Italian Flat and as the first time the do not disappoint. Great location near to bar and restaurant. Cleanness on the spot. NA

Wonderful, convenient location just 100m from the Arena so great for getting to the opera. Italianflat staff were great and helpful. Charming small room with kitchenette. Cleaning and setting up of the unit was unacceptable. Left in a clothing drawer were three filthy dish drying towels from a previous guest. The couch looked as if the previous guest had just got up - there were hairs and debris behind the cushions. The under sheet of the bed was not tucked in at the top and came undone as soon as one got in the bed . Nespresso capsules (thank you for the machine - but there was stale water left in the water compartment) were scattered in three places around the kitchen, as were most kitchen items.There was no thought at all for setting it up in an orderly way for guests. Also, minimal instructions about how to use the apartment - except “Throw the garbage” - where though? - as no collection point in the building or the street? As well no extra garbage bags except for two in the bin. The managers need to inspect and reset this potentially wonderful apartment for visitors to Verona.

We were travelling with a 91 year old man so having to go to different properties to get keys was not ideal at 22:00 at night Lack of replies to messages sent to the hosts 2 out of the 3 airconditioners didnt work, there was a fan in the room that also didnt work. In the middle of summer this wasn't comfortable. I let the hosts know and nothing was done. The shower and bathroom sink leaked as well. The kitchen was incredible basic

Great location and spacious apartment Floors needed mopping as very dusty. Mirrors dusty. Lack of kitchen items, eg dishcloth, tea towel, bowls. I didn't like the foam toppers on the single beds. They were not smooth. They had a lumpy surface which personally didn't suit me.
