I like the location. Very close to train and bus station, also short walk to downtown. None

The location was good , mainly a 15 min walk from city center . The balcone and the room view was very nice The toilette was out the room which was not very convenient and it was not mentioned in the room description, especially when you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night . Also the parking is not very close and not specifically for this hotel

The electric kettle was missing.

Big room, close to the centre. The lift was small and you have to go down the stairs (ground floor) for the lift. If you have a big and heavy luggage it can be a problem.

Comfortable and clean room. Well stocked community kitchen with coffee maker and tea kettle. Great location: 10 minutes to the train station and 15 minutes to the center. The host was very responsive. The bathroom for my room was in the hallway. It was not a problem as it was my own bathroom.

Nice to have a kitchen area. Host was friendly but Nothing really. But know that the space is shared with 3 other rooms sharing a basic common kitchen. Location is hard to find. Look at all the listings for #14 on the condo building wall. You’ll find it.

The host was helpful with the city map and the chocolate on the pillows was a nice touch. The coffee provided was excellent. The shared kitchen area was convenient and came with cooking essentials. However, there were several drawbacks. The room and toilet were quite small, making it unsuitable for families (NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY STAYS). The location is far from the city center. Parking was another concern. While paid parking (7€ 24h) nearby seemed reliable, the free parking area is always busy and NOT secure and has reportedly been targeted by thieves. I would strongly advise against using it. Noise was a significant issue at night due to poor insulation, and the room did not have the advertised view. It also wasn’t clearly stated that the kitchen and some other amenities were shared. The flat screen TV in the room was not working during my stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, the water heater is small and runs out quickly, making longer showers difficult. Lastly, the host mentioned that an invoice would be sent via WhatsApp, but I never received it. Overall, while there were a few nice touches, the stay fell short of expectations in several important areas.

if it said private bathroom,but it is separate form room,we have to access outside, so please mention that in your room details, otherwise everyone is thinking that it is at inside the room

Spacious apartment near train station. Good value for money.

Room was neat and clean and centrally located. Suited our needs for a one night stay. Everything met our needs and expectations

Close walk from station so could drop bags but then not too far to walk into historic area. Clean basic room with ensuite, comfortable bed, access to kitchen if needed. Good value.

A great place to stay , very cosy and cute. Host was very nice, he thought about all the things guests might need.

I was not given access to the property and had to find another accommodation upon my arrival in Verona in the evening. While my booking confirmation said that no pre-payment had to be made and I had guaranteed with my credit card, the owner asked on arrival day for pre-payment. I was already on the train with poor internet connection and couldn’t do it. When I arrived at the property, the owner still insisted in pre-payment (over the phone) and finally shouted „Go away! Go away!“. Perhaps a miscommunication of some sort, but certainly a very unpleasant experience.

It’s unclear whether Casa Italia is a hotel, apart, or a bed and breakfast, as the service level was confusing. Our room was not cleaned at all during our 3-night stay. The air conditioning and heating system were centrally controlled and did not go above 23°C, which made the first night uncomfortably cold. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep properly for three nights due to mosquitoes in the room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Walking distance to historic center and public parking space around 10 minutes walking distance away (but full during week days). Our bed was super soft and pillows were flat and therefore the nights were quite uncomfortable. Shared kitchen with fridge. Our room had an on-suite bathroom with a window facing the neighbors balcony. Be aware that the room next to us (with the balcony) had the bathroom accessible from the hallway. The apartments are located in the city and therefore you will hear the streets. That didn’t bother us knowing the location was central.

Luciano was an excellent host and the facilities were great! Exceptionally clean and great homely facilities available like a fridge, microwave and coffee making device. Located in a great place, near the train station and close to the centre and local amenities. Luciano gave us great advice for our next journey and was extremely humorous. Compliments to him especially for being hospitable.
