The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained, but what truly sets it apart is its outstanding staff. Everyone is exceptionally well trained, warm, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. I would especially like to thank Francisca at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The waitresses in the restaurant and at breakfast were also fantastic. I was traveling with my dog, Tito, and the level of care extended to him was just as impressive. Housekeeping thoughtfully provided him with a comfortable bed and blanket, making sure he felt as welcome as I did. It's these thoughtful details that show this hotel truly thinks of everything. The wellness area, while not large, felt wonderfully exclusive and private. It was never crowded and provided the perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploring Vienna. The atmosphere was calm, intimate, and incredibly relaxing. The bar also deserves a special mention. It is exceptionally well stocked, and the ambiance offers cool sophistication in the center of old Vienna. Whether for dinner or a nightcap, it is a beautiful space to spend the evening. I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, and The Amauris stands out as one of the very best. It delivers not only impeccable service and refined luxury, but also a genuine sense of warmth and hospitality that is increasingly rare. I cannot recommend it highly enough and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to everyone that made my stay so lovely :) Nothing

Boutique feel, small hotel, personalized service, very comfortable rooms, amazing location
-
It’s small boutique feel, its location, the comfort of the rooms and bed

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They helped a lot with activities planning in Vienna.

The bar area was rather small, so we had drinks in the lobby, which was fine but less cozy.

Excellent service from the start, helpful staff, and attentive when we needed some additional help. For example, our room had a lovely terrace that hadn't been used since last year. When we asked to use it, they sent someone right away to clean it for us, and this was at 7pm, when we had just checked in. The food in the hotel was very good as we didn't have time to go out for dinner. Location is also very good but it's a 12-15 minute walk to Stephenplatz, which is fine but this hotel isn't exactly in the center in case someone tells you it is. That said, love it! We had one of the largest suites in the hotel, but the main bathroom is VERY small and almost too small to get into the shower. Even though the design is lovely, for the size of the suite, they had enough room to make the shower and bathroom area much larger - for example, the Rosewood Vienna has smaller suites but with very spacious bathrooms.

The Amauris Vienna exceeds every expectation. Rooms are luxurious and brilliantly appointed. Hotel staff is professional, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable. Daily breakfast was incomparable in terms of cuisine choices, quality, and generousness. The Amauris is a sophisticated and welcoming hotel. We did not like saying goodbye. Can't wait to go back.

The hotel couldn’t be in a better location. Everything was walking distance. Right in the heart of Vienna. As soon as we arrived the staff was waiting outside, greeted us with a smile and took our luggage and the car. As we walked into the lobby it smelled amazing. Lobby was decorated very stylish and inviting. The front desk girl Pia was very nice and helpful. She even accompanied us to our room to explain where everything is and how to navigate the room tablet. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcoming congratulation from the manager and staff for our Wedding Anniversary. They treated us with a champagne, sparkling water, still water fruit and a small cake, that was delicious. The room was gorgeous, everything was perfect. There were bathrobes and slippers waiting for us. And the bathroom had small necessities ready ( bamboo comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, nail filer, razor just to point few). BTW the water pressure in the shower was awesome:).The hotel really Exceeded our expectations. We loved the old fashioned elevator. We especially loved coming downstairs for an amazing breakfast. It was exceptional!! From the staff, especially Linda( who made sure of my food allergies) Joanna who served us every morning. Kira(her first day, she did awesome:)) service was top notch 5star hotel for sure. Tables were set up for fine dining every morning. The Food was outstanding and fresh every single time. From the coffee to bread, pastry, smoothies, juices to the fruit, eggs, pancakes and waffles. There was so much more. Everything was meticulously prepared and arranged on the plate. We couldn’t wait for breakfast each day. Room was cleaned and refreshed every day and there was a turn down service in the evening as well with a small card and a chocolate. Overall we had an excellent time in Vienna and will recommend The Amauris to everyone. We can’t wait to go back. There was nothing to point out for this Hotel.

The hotel is top-notch. The design is stunning, the scent is wonderful, everything is clean, and the size of the room we stayed in exceeded our expectations. The staff was excellent and did everything possible to meet our needs. The breakfast was simply excellent. The check-in process was a bit too long late at night.
