It is pretty close to the place I had to come, and, in general, the location is very good, taking into account available public transport connections. It was always clean and they have one of the best breakfast in the entire city. I had a little bit noisy neighbours, but nothing unbearable an too long. My room was not cleaned on the second day, and supposedly, I needed to ask for that explicitly. Funny as nobody said that to me. Anyhow, on the second night, I used the second part of the bed, and it was fine.

The Hotel location is a very big Plus. 2 Minutes' walk to Line 1 Train station. My business was the UN Centre right opposite the hotel across the road. So my 2 weeks of meetings was highly convenient. The Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was good. I tied other meals later in the day which were limited in terms of choice so i would regularly board the train and drop off at Kagram station and there you have a whole world of restaurants so much choice out there. thankfully the location of Arcoctel Kaiserwasser was so good with convenient access to anywhere. The staff at Reception were extremely helpful ensuring your stay in the hotel was enjoyable. and that you are able to find your way anywhere in town. The restaurant staff and the whole arrangement for breakfast was excellent. If you book for cleaning the staff would gladly do a wonderful job. One housekeeping errand they forgot to replenish my coffee so I was upset when i came back from my city tour. But hey it was probably human error. on my next visit they should give me double coffee on my first day!! I wish there was a swimming pool unless I never located it during my stay!!!

Loved the location near the Danube and the high eise buildings. The rooms were very spacious and a plus for the underground parking.

Scam. We had to pay before going in, the most disgusting place we’ve ever seen. Stains on the carpet, walls, horrible smell of tabacoo, my skin started itching instantly - and of course reception guy refused to pay me back - so this is clearly a scam, and all of them are russian. Seeing the other reviews saying they smoke in the hallway with their dodgy friends, it shows vienna has to work on the quality of the business owners it allows here. We went 5mins down the street and found a lovely hotel, so even if you pay RUN ♀️
