One of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. The room was excellent but the staff were better. Jimena and Vladimir were courteous, enthusiastic, and very helpful with our bags and recommendations for getting around town. I hope that the hotel management realizes the quality employees they have. Nothing

The rooms are large and very comfortably set up, with a really great layout / furnishings. The hotel itself is with a very lovely neighborhood that has many shops, grocery stores, and good restaurants. It’s basically two steps to Schonbrunn Palace, and is within minutes of public transport. Excellent location!! Quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff were really sweet and friendly too. Breakfast isn’t included, and the option to upgrade is unnecessarily expensive. The bed (while mostly very comfortable) did have a deep dip in the mattress that could be rather uncomfortable depending on where you slept on it.

Closeness to subway and Schonbrunn. There are also some quick bites very close which were quite good. Bed and bedding was really comfortable. It was pretty clean. Heater made noise, for the longest time I kept thinking someone was showering but after maybe 2h they still showered so then I realized it was actually the heater that was making noise so I had to stop it. The coffee machine was not cleaned. The water tank had a lot of residue.

Comfortable quiet room, everything is new. Location is ideal for Schönbrunn, 10~15 minutes walk to the Christmas market. I recommend Ekazent parking, 30 Euros for 24 hours

The rooms are actually better compared to the sister hotel Schönbrunn and very roomy. The staff was very friendly and attentive. 1) The mattress was worn on one side and had some indentation. But it was minor. 2) Parking: long distance to parking garage and the parking was €85 for two days. No direct place to stop the car at the main entrance for unloading the luggage.

Got a quite big room at the end of the corridor, I really liked it … !! Quite pleasing & functional interior design there … prices are somewhat elevated already, but that’s the case almost in the whole of Vienna …

It was perfect, staff was perfect, totally worth the price, new rooms, perfectly clean. I liked everything.

Nice location, very central location in Vienna for historical tours & attending Seminars in the 13th district.... the parking garage is quite of a horrendous experience, DON'T TRY IT unless you are a REALLY EXPERIENCED driver ... !!!

The Room: We were super happy with our room! It was really clean, and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning was fantastic, which made our stay so comfortable. The bathroom was also well-equipped. We especially loved that our room had a coffee machine and that it was refilled with coffee and tea every day. It was a wonderful, peaceful spot to come back to after a long day of exploring. Funny note about the windows. They only have these thick curtains, which are great for blocking out light, but not so much for privacy if you want to see outside. There are also great venetian blinds, but if you close them, all the natural light is gone, and the room becomes a cave. So, it was a bit of a funny little dance between having light and not having pedestrians see in! but it is something that subjectively bothered me but it didn't ruin the whole hotel experience. Service and Staff: The team was so polite and helpful. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, cleaning our room and changing our towels every day. We did have to ask a couple of times for slippers, but they were provided quickly. Location: The hotel's location is a total win. It's right next to the beautiful Schönbrunn Palace gardens, which are perfect for amazing evening strolls. The area isn't crowded at all and has tons of great places to grab dinner, snacks, or an ice cream on a summer day. With a tram stop and a metro station right nearby, it was super easy to get around and see all of Vienna. Amenities: We didn't get a chance to check out the spa, sauna, or breakfast, but we did enjoy the coffee at a hotel garden. It was a very quiet, beautifully decorated space. The service was excellent, and the coffee was delicious. It was a lovely place to relax.

Room, clean hotel, food on breakfast, staff is very kind and helpful, location quite and near the tram and the metro and close to the Shernborn gardens, many cafe and restaurants around, supermarket and fine bakery very close. Parking close to hotel facility payment per hour or daily

The rooms, breakfast area and the staff who assisted us during check in It could have been nice if the furnitures in the balcony was available. But it was still a good thing that a note was left on the room to inform us that they are not available during our stay.
