It was a heatwave and the air-conditioning in the hotel was not working for the entire stay all the staff could say its a Sunday

The location was great, very central and walking distance from several sites. Also there is a tram stop outside the hotel that helped too. There was a film festival for the summer behind the city Hall with lots of food stands, music, drinks. The hotel staff was helpful and polite. The room was decent and clean. I did not enjoy a lot the breakfast, although I would not classify it as very negative. It was tasty and with variety, but there was only one person working and once some things finished (e.g. eggs, bread...) it took them a while to replace, which was a bit annoying. Maybe was just the days I was there.

Great rooms and close to team The bar and restaurant were closed for renovation and there was no advanced notice. The towels weren’t changed.

Good location, pleasant staff Building work meant the bar was closed for refurbishment Problems with booking twin beds and given a double bed, this happened both visits. It appears very little understanding of our requirements for twin beds. We frequently travel as father and son and come across this issue frequently.

-Good location -Very calm environment -Great staff and friendly -Very clean rooms (kudos to the cleaning personell, they did a great job and you could not see even a small area which is not cleaned. Perfect cleaning!) The amenities of the room were not sufficient. For example, they had mentioned the room has a coffee machine but in reality it only had a boiler and instant coffee! That surprised us! Also that would be nice to have a small fridge and something to hang our towels on, after taking a shower.

Rooms were spacious, clean and felt luxurious. Air conditioning effective. We had one double and one twin as requested. Had all amenities except a coffee machine/kettle. Hotel was under renovation so some areas were / floors were a building site. This didn’t affect us Sunday but lobby was very noisy Tuesday as we checked out.

The room is great. Staffs are friendly, I got early check in right away when there's room available. There's a capsule coffee machine and separated toilet with the shower. Location is quite central so I can walk around from Votive Church to Stadpark, basically everything in old town is accessible by walking or by using tram nearby. For further places, it's near the underground U3 within 5-10min away. I had the one located on the lower floor where the window was facing the yard, so a bit worried about the people peeking. But the blinds were working just fine and no one using that area. Also, there's a segment of the hotel that's still under renovation, but it doesn't affect me much since there's no dust.
