The location is very convenient and a minute walk from the centre and underground line. It is not that I did not like, but the room we got was small and we could barely move in with our luggage.

I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel was very nice and clean. I really liked the location because it was close to a metro station, making it easy to visit other parts of the city. There was also a street near the hotel full of restaurants and shops. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the breakfast was good as well.

The location was in the shopping district and close to the orange and green metro lines. There were cafes close by and many restaurants within a 10-15 min walk. Free espresso machine on the breakfast area and free (warm) water in the lobby. Nice sized room. Our room on the 3rd floor never seemed to get cool enough and despite the high 99 degree temperatures the only bedding was a heavy comforter. I had to get a sheet from housekeeping because the room was really hot. Also the shower stall was really small and a huge step up into it, which made it really dangerous.?

The customer lift was broken on the day of our arrival, and we were made to carry our heavy suitcases up six flights of stairs. Presumably there is a service lift that could have been used to take our bags up to our room, or the hotel could have arranged for someone to be available that day to assist people carry their bags up/down the stairs, but the hotel did neither of these things.
