There was an event going on until late night and was very loud. Our room was right there so we had to go through the event to get to our room.

Great terrrace, cool windows, elevator, amazing staff that are so helpful
-
We were on the first floor facing the street and it was noisy. Also, the limited hours that the front desk is ope. Is awkward.

Beautiful building and great location!

Staff was lovely, breakfast was delicious, room was clean and spacious, and the location was extremely convenient.

Its like visiting family & friends.

lack of outlets in rooms made it impossible to have a night light on, a fan on, and charging my phone at the same time. i basically could only pick any of those at once. there was also no a/c, which i understand from a sustainblty perspective but it was pretty warm at night

Pillows were a bit thin.

Fun hotel that is well-located and has a unique retro style. The family room was clean and spacious. Overall a good value in Vienna. Staff was very helpful . Some amenities and furniture could be updated or upgraded, but we appreciated the hotel’s commitment to its style.

Charming and adorable . Friendly staff. Lovely courtyard. The hotel has character and soul. Good bed linens and towels. Room with Minibar and safe. Loved it. Everything is ok.the pillows have room for improvement but nothing too serious.

A 3-star hotel, conveniently located near the city’s major landmarks and public transport. The interior design is authentic, featuring retro décor and vintage furniture (personally, I love retro, so this was a nice bonus for me). The room was clean, warm and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is offered in three different set options at the hotel’s local Philippine cuisine restaurant, which you can choose from when ordering (note: there is no buffet or continental breakfast spread). There is also an elevator, which I truly appreciated. I walked A LOT while staying in Vienna, so even though I was on the second floor, using the elevator sometimes really saved my tired legs. The hotel is generally noisy, so improved soundproofing would be a good idea. The rooms are furnished with older furniture (such as the table and chair, for example), so if you are not a fan of this style, it may not suit you. There was a yellow stain on the bedsheet at the foot of the bed. While this did not affect overall cleanliness, it looked strange even for a 3-star hotel.

-
Price Location, the rooms are somewhat dated

The room was cold and the radiator didn’t go past a certain heat level. The walls are apparently thin as it was very noisy, you could hear people walking in the hallway all the time, children screaming etc.

It’s beautiful, the staff are kind, warm and helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
