Good location room was ok for value of money No heating during very cold nights. There is building work on which was probably the issue. Tried adjusting the radiators but nothing happened

Location but No hot water on our last night. Asked us to go to a room under construction to find the thermostat and fix it then offered us access to other rooms to try the hot water…. Ended up going into a room with someone already inside…. Worst experience.

The hotel has one advantage: its location is good. Very poor check in system. However, it is possible to open the door with a link sent to your phone. If your phone runs out of battery, you will be left outside. This happened to me. Also, when I write to the hotel's whatsapp number for support, they respond very slowly. Despite asking questions many times, I could not get answers to my questions. Even though it was 4:00 PM in the afternoon, the link they sent did not work and the doors would not open. I waited at the door for more than 3 hours and the weather was very cold. They did not answer the phones. I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel

The guy is a total fraud, PLEASE BE AWARE. He accepted my booking at 10.32 pm and declined my check-in time at 10.40 pm, right after 8 minutes, and never refunded my amount.

Other than location nothing much to like. The room was outdated, dirty in quite a few places, heated shower was really bad - it would either turn too hot or too cold despite best of our efforts. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Walls were just too hollow and we were disturbed by other guests voice at night, water/shower sound. Overall this was one of the most uncomfortable places I have ever stayed in. If only there was a refund option I would have cancelled and moved to a different hotel immediately.

The location was great A person entered our room the next morning before check out time. I’m certain that this person was not a member of staff. The shower was also dirty and still wet.

For the cost of the room it was what was expected in size and facilities. Room and bathroom were clean. Wrong instructions given on arrival for the key to the apartment no longer a key safe new keypad had been fitted had to find cleaner to help with this. On return one evening the door bell entry was not working, no one answered the two emergency numbers to help left outside for 30mins before resident of an apartment with a key returned home. Contacted by Email don't seem to care.

Good location, especially this time of year. Near Rathaus Christmas market Filthy. Dirty. Stains on the carpets, uncomfortable mattresses, general grungy feel and smell. And they clearly don’t clean the rooms carefully. Believe it or not, there was a used condom under the bed. Yes, you read that correctly: A USED CONDOM under the bed. Disgusting!!

The location for the deal was amazing. It was close to two Christmas markets. The check in was simple and convenient. Overall, a great place to stay for the price. It was great to stay and fit 6 people very well.
