Hotel Gilbert

Great location , spotlessly clean , very friendly staff. Nothing

Smart hotel. Very convenient for underground station and some good restaurants nearby. Breakfast poor compared to the other 5 hotels we stayed in on our tour around Switzerland, Austria and Germany......even though most had fewer stars. Some staff didnt clear used bowls/plates etc from the table during breakfast so tended to become a bit of an annoying mess. Surprising for a 4 star place. Overall feeling was it was a bit more style over substance.

I loved the design of the hotel , very elegant & different. The rooms look exactly like the pictures, has all accommodations, relatively spacious , cozy, it even has a scent bottle to make your stay memorable. The staff were really nice & helpful. Breakfast & dinner at the restaurant were The restaurant closes on the weekend. It would be great if they can keep it open like some other cafes in Vienna .

The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, perfectly situated in the prime location of the city. The reception staff are highly trained, courteous, and always willing to assist, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. i didn't experience any issue

Suite room was perfect size for 5 nights stay. Clean, convenient, modern room and good location. Vinyl player was a cool addition to the room, it added some vibe for the whole stay :) There was a coffee machine in the room but capsules were not refilled. Breakfast was too vegetarian, we would have preferred more traditional options like pancakes, porridge or wider selection of meats. But overall it was nice.

This was just a beautiful place to stay. So chilled out and friendly but with a fantastic luxurious touch. There is a very clear ethos behind everything Hotel Gilbert does and it all just makes sense. The attention to details is subtle but so effective. The plants and relaxed spaces just give some space to breathe and relax right next to some extraordinary spaces in this beautiful city. I absolutely loved it here and hope I am fortunate enough to return.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, with stylish and comfortable rooms. What really made our stay special was the wonderful staff. A huge thank you to Maximilian, Joe, Mercedes, Alyssa, Ramzi and Jeffrey for being so friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. You made us feel genuinely welcome! Nothing significant — we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The location , the decoration and the lobby, the facilities like sauna and gym, in a place deepfull relaxing , and existence of plants everywhere in the lobby ! The room was too small , the breakfast was lacking of inspiration

The breakfast was incredible. We love the location right near the museum quarter. The hotel was really nice. The room could have been a little bigger.

The service was great. Nothing during this time.
