Location is perfect and the staff were the sweetest people. I really enjoyed my stay there and will book it again when I visit Vienna. I think the only thing that could be better is the hairdryer and maybe adding an iron to the room.

Wonderful staff. Extremely helpful and always friendly. They also serve a great breakfast. Location is amazing close to sites and public transportation.

This was the best hotel we stayed during our 5 week European trip this summer. The location is fantastic if you want to be right in the center of the tourist action. The rooms are nice. There's a classic charm to the hotel. It's nicely furnished. The rooms are comfortable, with, and this is very important for Europe int the summer, very powerful and cold aircons. The best sleep we had all summer. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is nice. I felt the price was very affordable given the location and quality of the hotel. Excellent place. nothing

The location was foremost as it was in the middle of all tourist sites, stores and restaurants. Breakfast was great and welcoming. Parking was an issue and consisted of public parking 6 blocks away. Confined space in front of the hotel led to difficulties loading and unloading.

Location, breakfast and service. Very nice staff. Parking arrangements. Hôtel is at the end of a dead end street and parking garage was 1/2 mile away and being renovated.

Very great staff , new bathroom Nice AC The locked the money from my card 1st day , and to be paid after checking out , but the payment they locked they couldn’t take so I had to pay again from other card & now the bank also locked my money its like I paid twice ,, still having trouble to receive my money …

1. Fantastic location . 2. Very attentive stuff 3. Food was sometimes excellent, sometimes not . 4. Very nice hotel 1. It is very remote location , you will need to have a car 2. Restaurant hours were not good for us. We do not eat at 8.00 PM at night , and another option was only to eat before 17.00. I wish this option would change. 3. To charge almost 20 euro for 4 shrimps is too much! 4. Dining at big hotels restaurant was a better option.
