Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn

It was a perfect hotel room, exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable, different pillows, coffee, water and it was extremely quiet, we could sleep with the window open as we received a room facing the courtyard. Bathroom was sparkly clean. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of variety, everyone from reception, to housekeeping, to kitchen staff was very polite and helpful. Best in Austria so far! Location is also convenient, you can park the car for a whole day and explore Vienna by metro which is across the street.

- A large hotel (5 full floors plus 2 partial ones, with 46 rooms per floor), offering plenty of choice. Spacious and bright rooms. - Friendly and courteous staff, ready to help immediately if any issues arise. Note: With hundreds of rooms, it is difficult for everything to be perfect! If you approach the reception calmly, you will be treated the same way, and the problem will be resolved. However, if you adopt an aggressive attitude, unpleasant situations may arise. I wanted to mention this because there have been comments noting a lack of friendliness among the staff. - It is located 100m from the U4 metro station. You can reach Vienna's city center and any desired attraction in 7 minutes. Plus, it is just two stops away from Schönbrunn Palace. - Varied breakfast. - Spar supermarket on the ground floor. - Private underground parking. - Very clean bed linen and towels, changed daily upon request. The cleaning could be done more thoroughly!

The location was a bit far away from center but still a good area. There is a supermarket right under the hotel. Good parking, there are always available places in the parking. The breakfast was good and there was a bit variety and very good coffee. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room is always very clean and fresh after daily cleaning. The staff is welcoming and helpful. There is also a metro station right in front of the hotel and you can easily get to the center from there. We were in there in the middle of a heat wave and the air conditioning couldn’t handle the heat very well. The parking is pretty expensive compared to the rest of Vienna (22€ per night). Same breakfast everyday.

The lady at the front desk was exceptionally accommodating. Thank you for everything. Most rooms have a shared door with the next room. Doors are closed on both sides but it’s extremely annoying/embarrassing to hear everything when someone is on the other side.

Can't mention what I didn't like

Excellent hotel, easy to access, very close parking, large and clean room, excellent service and breakfast. Spar store is in the same building. Would definitely return.

I booked including breakfast but as per hotel it is without breakfast and paid additional charge.
