I would like to leave a review about the hotel parking in Vienna. Although we had already paid for the parking, there was a problem with the code needed to exit the car park. The staff refused to change the code or issue another ticket, so we were forced to pay twice. In addition, the reception staff were not welcoming or friendly. While we were sitting in our room, a hotel staff member opened the door using a key card without knocking or asking for permission. They immediately left, and when we caught up with them, they did not apologize or say anything.

الفندق فخم ومرتب - اولا وصلنا الساعة 2 الظهر وكنا متعبين جدا بس تسجيل الدخول لازم يكون الساعة 3 - دورة المياء بدون شطاف ولا يمكن استخدام شطاف متنقل. - الغرفة اصغر مما توقعت - الافطار لا يستحق يورو واحد بصراحة - توقعت ان يكون الموقع جيد بس يعتبر بعيد ومافي شي قريب حتى البقالة

Checkin did not pretend like i do not exist, which is often the case for hotels booked with booking.com Getting around the hotel is quick, 4 lifts are plenty to not have to wait on anyone. Breakfast was good, it has a lot of variety.
