The accommodation has a very good location, close to the city centre, which made it easy to explore all the main attractions. The breakfast was simple but good, with all the basic ingredients needed to start the day. The staff were very nice and helpful, always providing everything we needed on time. Although it’s not a hotel, it’s a very convenient place to stay for a few days when visiting the city. The only thing I missed was a handy shower (only top shower available), which would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Great location and very friendly owner. Nice breakfast as well with quality products. Very small room. The heat inside the room (December) was unbearable, We have informed about it and while in the first day it was reduced, the next days increased again and we could not sleep. We had to leave a window open to get some fresh air.

Very nice breakfast!! Turkish, but with something for everyone in my opinion! And super friendly staff! The room had all I needed. I did not like the shouting / noise of the other guests after 10pm. I expected more like a hotel, but it seems to be next to the house of the owner? Which might explain the loud noise and the TV the whole day.

Exceptional service and location.

The managers of the accommodation were exceptionally lovely, helpful and kind. They cooked delicious food and went above and beyond with each of the guests! Would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Vienna. Close to all the main attractions in central Vienna too. Amazing!

Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast (especially the eggs). We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and were able to get our room hours earlier, however, we did not informed them in advance. We had everything that we needed for a short city break. It was close to everything, 2 min walk from Mariahilferstrasse. We went by foot from here to the area of Opera and then to the main railwaystation. We have been there in November and it was such a lovely thing to return to a nicely warm, heated room at the end of the day. We were very satisfied with everything, thank you very much!:) -

ACCOMMODATION PRACTICAL, CLOSE TO ALL ATTRACTIONS, PUBLIC TRANSPORTS, EATTERY ETC., LOCATION IS CLASSIC AND COMMERCIAL NEIGHBORHOOD CLOSE TO SUBWAY U3 TOWARDS OTTAKRING THE STAFF IN CHARGE ARE VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND HAVE GOOD COMMAND OF ENGLISH, ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. WIFI CONNECTION IS QUITE GOOD AND STABLE. ALL ACCESS IS CONTROLLED BY ELECTRONIC KEY LOCKS. IT IS NOT A HOTEL, JUST BASIC PLACE TO SLEEP OR REST. VERY BASIC ROOMS, BEDS AND SOME FURNITURE TO STORE LUGGAGE AND CLOTHES. BREAKFAST IS GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY WAS REALLY GREAT REALLY NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT

Great location. Good value for a low budget. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean room and public places. The WiFi network wasn't strong enough to be stable in our room.

Can highly recommend Housing Plus. The owners and staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms bright, fresh and very clean. Continental breakfast 8 - 11 had plenty of choice. Hot drinks biscuits etc available for free all day. The location is superb, a quiet side street in the busy Mariahilf area 6 district. There are no tv's or kettles in rooms but you don't go away to watch tv and the shared kitchen / breakfast area is available to use all day. And finally, the ensuite shower is fabulous ! If you want value for money you will not get better than Housing Plus ! I have no complaints at all.

Breakfasts were wonderful and the staff were all delightful There was no aircon but I guess i didnt check that b4 booking and there was a cute dog- but it had a very annoying yelpy bark which at 7.30 in the morning wasn't so good

Location was great

The owners of the place are a sweet couple, warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, a variety of cheeses, olives, veggies, egg, sweet bread and coffee. The property is centrally located, near a shopping strip and many restaurants. Also near the metro.

Arun and Naime are very kind of persons. Location top to visit Vienna in The Christmas period. Double bed = 2 single bad

The owners (supposably a husband and his wife) were really kind, the room was clean, the location was percfect. I can say no complaints. This place for this price including basic but nice breakfast is totally worth to stay for couple of nights.

Quiet Street, no noise. Warm rooms , nice breakfast and complimentary water every day Everything is great ?
