Location was very good, right on the plaza. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and several options to choose from. Staff was very nice and they even allowed us to check out late on our last day. Would have liked to have air conditioning during the night to cool the room a little bit and provide some white noise. All rooms face the courtyard so that can get a little loud at times. Would have been nice to have a chair in the room too. Otherwise very good.

Breakfast is not the best

Parking lot was extremely hard to find. Breakfast was simple and poorly made. Too expensive for what you get.

We loved this hotel!! It was just as shown in the pictures. The staff were extremely friendly, and the rooms were impeccable. Everything was perfect!! The view from the restaurant to the main plaza is gorgeous! Best location in the center of Villa de Leyva. Everything was great, but if I could add something, it would be more traditional options in the breakfast menu! I would have loved to have arepa boyacense instead of just bread! Haha but that's a minor detail - we really loved the hotel and the experience!

Location !! Right at the plaza. Very convenient Nothing

all rooms have no view and they are not very sound proof

Incredible architecture and stunning venue. Loved the Italian bar and restaurant, food and wine was wonderful here + got to look outside the window. Felt like being transported to another time. Their breakfast at the nearby venue was 6 star rating. Loved opening the windows of the room to see the moonlight + fresh air. The rooms are significantly tiny, awkward to get around. Cupboard and floor space for one person not really two. Bathroom was good. No staff to help carry bags upstairs and cannot drag on the stone floors as will damage bags. Internet was hard to accesss

The hotel is located in a perfect area. The hotel itself is nice, its facilities and surroundings Breakfast isn't the best. More is expected. Pets are charged excessively. You pay practically the same amount as for an additional guest, and they aren't provided with a bed, food bowls, or anything extra. I've been to other hotels where they charge less for pets, and they're provided with everything they need, and they're treated like guests.

Beautiful hotel and location. Delicious breakfast and walking distance to church, plaza, cacao museum and Antonio nariño museum. Short distance to Pozos azules and terracotta house. Difficult to park

The location is great, you’re in the main square. When we were going to sleep, the pillowcases looked used, like they hadn’t been changed with stains on them. When we just arrived I wanted to wash my hands and there was a hair on the sink. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and when we asked the staff they just said that you had to keep the button pushed until all the water ran down. So I went to the toilet next to reception and it had overflowed, with water (hope so) all over the floor. For the price of the night I didn’t expect to have these type of experiences.
