Amazing perfect hotel!! Great food all day long! One of the best hotels I've been to!

It was okay. The food was good, the personal very friendly. No clima? I couldn’t believe it, but it is true. There is no room in this hotel that has ac. We had to sleep with the window open because of the heat and of course the flies came in. The saunas on the 1st floor are opened from 14:30-19:30 and on the top floor until 21:00. There was many times when there was no space to sit near the pool, you had to came early to get a place. On the first floor we couldn’t even enjoy to stay, because of the children, the people and because we didn’t find a place to stay.

We liked the location, the room was quite big and comfortable. The ski lift was close to the hotel location and the infinity pool had a great view The staff was not so welcoming,especially the guy on the reception did not explained nothing, I had to ask him about everything. Also during the communication with sms the same. They had only textil free sauna, the massage facilities were close on Sunday. Food was quite good and ok. First day they had buffe which was amazing, but than after that the gala menu was ok but not enough. The drinks super expensive super super expensive!

Yes the breakast as normal in wellness hotels everything was there . empty plates were quickly cleared away. midday snack was good. the evening meals. Buffy very good , desurts very good as was the cheeze . but the main causes were once or twise disapointing. The plates were hot (good) But the food was sometimes cold
