Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and practically new, beautiful view from the balcony. We would definitely return.

Overall Impression The hotel is incredibly clean and cozy. From the moment we arrived, we experienced a fantastic and warm welcome. It’s a beautiful, welcoming place, and we will definitely be back! Dining Breakfast: A bit simple/modest, but there is something for everyone, and all the food is extremely fresh. Dinner: Great selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes. The desserts are absolutely delicious! For Kids: There is a great kids' corner and direct access to an outdoor playground, so the little ones can play while adults finish their dinner. Pool & Spa The views while swimming in the pool or relaxing in the sauna are simply breathtaking! You can also borrow bathrobes specifically for the pool and spa area, which is very convenient. Room & Cleaning Our room was spotless. Housekeeping is done every day, and everything is kept perfectly clean. Highly recommended! In the kids' room, there are some awesome building blocks to play with, but a few more toys would be a great addition. There is no AC in the room, which is noticeable on hot days, but keeping the roller shutters closed helps it stay pleasantly cool.

spacious room and balcony and balcony. The hotel is quite new, so all look fantastic. Bathroom is modern and clean. Beds were comfortable, including the third bed in the room. Our daughter must eat gluten free. In the morning the menu was discussed which was gluten free or could be made gluten free. Well done. Indoor pool is quite small, so it becomes crowed quickly. For the rest all was good.

Great location and the pool and sauna was amazing! We were lucky to have it to ourselves most of the time when we used it! The hotel is clean and new, we had a lovely stay! Can do with some more mugs and glasses in the room.

Modern and good location close to the Graffenberg lift. There is a free ski bus stop 1min from hotel which was very useful. Nice pool and sauna facilities This is a new hotel which has recently been built. There were still lots of things left to do such as skirting boards/flooring on our floor not complete. The beds were made every day but the room was not cleaned properly especially the bathroom. Although there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room there were no tea/coffee to make a drink. I would expect this from a 4* hotel. Our cooker didn’t work either. When we arrived it took about 15mins for the hotel manager to arrive at reception. There was another occasion where I wanted to rent bath robes to use for the swimming pool and no-one was manning reception so I gave up. It was only down to chance that I saw the hotel manager on my travels back to my room and was able to ask that way. The breakfast was ok. Again for a 4* hotel I would expect more variety and choice especially the hot options. We didn’t find the staff friendly, the husband of the hotel manager looked very grumpy and never even said good morning or hello.
