The staff at the front desk were rude and me (the two female staff chitchatted with friends during the whole checkin process). We checked in around 4:40pm and were told a room wasn’t available. The official check-in time is 3pm

The overall cleanliness and location was really nice. The room service staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk was my overall issue. When I first came in the ladies were joking fairly too much. They didn’t tell me they added more money to my account for incidentals and my card kept declining and it was rude how the lady checking me in looked at me. I just pushed it off and went about my night. The next day, I get a call that my card declined again, I go downstairs and I ask what was I being charged for, they said “everything” very loud and belligerent. They were professional to every other adult that walked as I was getting my services paid for. I love the location and the hotel it’s self but the front desk I had the worst experience with. I won’t be back.

Great staff, wonderful food in the restaurant. My pillow had a blood stain and my bathtub had missing paint and looked dirty. Rooms need updating.
