Jay and the other staff are amazing!

We only stayed for a night to rest during our trip so cannot comment on most of the things. We did use in room coffee maker, restaurant prices looked very good but didn’t have time for sit down breakfast. Room was very clean and that’s a must on my list. Comfortable mattress and helpful staff at front desk. Will definitely be staying there next time.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a large parking area, which was very convenient, and the location provides quick access to the freeway. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy for families to find dining and shopping options. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay for our family. We would happily stay here again.

Shower floor dirty. Staff not helpful. No receipt after check out. They were doing an 'audit' even though I stated what time I was departing at check in. 10 hrs later no receipt via email either.

Great stay, the hotel staff were very friendly and nice. She let us check in early. The place was nice and very well maintained. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Everything was perfect. There were a lot of shopping around the area that are steps away from the hotel. Would definitely go back!!

The room was fine. Friendly Staff. Good restaurant on-site. The brochures of Cleveland and things to do and see should be out in the open not in a drawer. Bathroom nice and clean including the shower and the pressure of water, as well as, the shower head. It is also nice when shower head can separate from its arm. It's awesome that the pool is open all the way to 11pm.
