Excellent hotel in Warsaw, one of my new favorites!

Excellent location with easy access to train station and good breakfast I have been staying in this hotel for the last 10 years, 2-3 times per year and have to admit that the standard is gradually lowering. Less amenities in the room, no slippers, refrigerator empty and hard to connect, floor of questionable cleanliness - afraid to walk barefooted. Room smells of mildew.

We got charged almost 55€ more in the exchange rate for € charge. Is not enough to ask in which current you want to be charged. Not everybody knows that the extra charges are huge. Receptionists were doing their job but they didn't actually care for clients. In this type of hotel you expect better hospitality.

Location. Perfect location to train station, restaurants, stores, the old city. Great staff, very nice decoration, comfortable bed, clean, very nice shower, great body shower and shampoo. The TV remote didn't work. The shower head had very restricted flow. That didn't affect my experience. Please don't tell guests to throw used towels on the floor. That is a nasty, unhygienic American custom. It is more hygienic to leave them on the sink.

Extremely clean room! Feels like just renovated room . The bathroom is very cozy, modern and clean. I feel like my room at home not that clean lol . Breakfast it’s also very good. A lot of choices and four minutes train station by foot , very convenient who travel to airport or wherever you need to.
