Our bathroom fan did not work. Other than that nice room for the price. Great location for walking to the museums and monuments. You’ll get your steps in for sure. Fun town and great hotel

We had a wonderful stay! The rooftop was unforgettable with great views, the restaurant staff and food were really good!! The housekeepers were phenomenal in making our stay luxurious!

The ac fan was so loud at standard room that i didn’t sleep well for 3 nights. I let them know, they said they will check but it was same. Also i dont understand why hotels think thats standard room can be one of the connecting room?!! I dunno. I wont book another time definitely.

I was a bit disappointed at the beginning, because some information requests I sent the days before my state were not answered. Nonetheless, apart from this secondary inconvenience, I was truly happy with my stay. The room was large and quiet, provided with a comfortable desk. The facility is well-located in a safe neighborhood, and well-connected via public transport. A very nice rooftop gym is also available as a nice plus. I recommend it. Communication, front desk. However, this is only a matter of minor issues.

Very clean hotel and the staff were very professional. Its location is close enough to many of the main sites if you are willing to walk a little bit. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The little mini market in the hotel was also helpful for snacks.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff kindly let us check in a little early. I do wish I had known that parking was $68 overnight (there were no on street parking options). Otherwise no concerns. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was convenient and close to Georgetown University Hospital. I feel that $86 for overnight parking at the hotel parking facility was Very Unreasonable! Unfortunately I will not be staying at this hotel in the future even though I was very satisfied with the hotel itself. I would highly recommend staying if you do not have a car. Consider the fact that some people are traveling due to necessity, as I needed a location close to the Hospital for a surgical procedure, and their only option is to use their car to travel. Airlines do not allow you to travel while wearing a Cast.

The location and that the staff allowed us to check in earlier than usual. Valet parking is indeed expensive, better to find public parking around hotel premise .
