This was my favorite hotel. We had a corner suite and had amazing views. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice location in the middle of city. Nice and professional staff. Nice and clean rooms.

Location & Service: Excellent location with a quick, hassle-free check-in and check-out process. Room & Value: The spacious corner room and full kitchen offered great comfort and value. AC Noise: The AC fan was extremely loud, which was a major problem and repeatedly disrupted sleep. Breakfast Seating & Variety: Breakfast selection was somewhat limited and seating was tight, with popular items occasionally running out fast. Parking Costs: Hotel parking is on the pricier side

Nothing We like to cook our own food, so we always book a room with a full kitchen when we travel. That's what we did, but on the second day of my stay, I noticed our fridge was broken, and everything I had purchased was stale and rotten: fruit, cheese, eggs, milk, chicken, etc. The wrist part is when I called the front desk they didinlt believe me and sent a mechanic to check, he came and checked and confirmed that the fridge is not cold at all but then when I called the front desk they told me the mechanic told them the fridge is not broken so I had to call the on-duty manager she came checked the fridge and told me she can confirm finally that the fridge is not working. By this time, we had spent three hours on this, missing my tour, and my trip got ruined. My five-year-old was bored and upset because I couldn't take her to the museum, as I had promised. The staff was rude, and the fact that they acted like I was lying is incredible. Don't book here; there are plenty of other options in this city. I ended up leaving, packing my things, at 6 pm, and the overpriced valet parking charged for Kate's checkout too. These people are after your money, period. Don't do this to yourself. Also, it is worth mentioning the hotel was packed, and we couldn't find a seat in the morning to eat breakfast. This is a disgusting hotel.

Kitchen was very clean and room was very big

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Room was super clean. Kitchen had all required pots and cutlery. Bathroom was nice and new. I liked the bed and sofa bed. There was no view with the room. The breakfast time, lobby was normally too crowded to get the seats.

Breakfast was positive and enjoyable. Was not told by front desk about the a/c problem.
