The Henley Park Hotel

It was a charming hotel. The lounge area was very comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well. The gym is very small. The location is good and it's easy to walk to many restaurants.

I enjoyed my time here. I had a really nice 3-night stay as a solo female traveler in 08/26. Very clean! Perfect comfy bed, quiet room. Great water pressure; polite front desk staff especially Oscar at night. This hotel is old, charming, and quirky, which I loved. If you want modern and fancy, this isn’t your place. Don’t miss Rosa’s, the new diner around the corner 2 minutes away. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Only caution: toilets are lower than usual - just FYI if you have hip or mobility issues. Not a big deal for me personally. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property & clean. Our room was perfect for 3!

The staff was wonderful, and the room was better than anticipated. You do hear the traffic, which may bother some people. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely consider Henley Park on our next visit.

The staff was welcoming and super helpful! We even got a free room upgrade, not sure why but it was a nice surprise. The room was super clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We only stayed a night but wish we stayed longer!

They gave away my room - had someone else check into the room under my name. I was transferred to the Morrison Clark ( their Sister hotel) where I saw roaches, in the room, I was then transferred to another room which had a potent smell of mildew coming out the bathroom drains. I reported it and was given a full refund. Also the Morrison Clark has no irons in the rooms. Luckily I brought my steamer.

Beautiful property and great location Nothing

Clean, quiet and comfortable room and bed. Decent size. Never got WiFi password or made it to the bar/restaurant which evidently closes early. Good location. Air conditioner cooled more than the digital setting so woke up in a meat locker, but luckily I like it cold!

Walking distance to tourist attractions and public transportation. Clean room and staff are helpful.

Centrally located. Historic hotel. Clean room. Spacious. Nice parlor on first floor. No room service. Overall solid good hotel experience.

The good. An older and historic hotel. Overall very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel desk staff were very nice and professional. I really liked the feel of the place. The less than good. Only valet so no self parking. The valet/doorman we initially met wasn’t very helpful and short-mannered with my spouse. Though that demeanor went away when I showed up. The hotel drive was exceptionally hard to see as it looked like the sidewalk so I kept missing it and there were no signs. Finally general city noise can be very easily heard throughout the day inside our rooms. Sirens and vehicle engines all throughout the night. I understand that city noise is not the hotel’s fault, but I would recommend renovating rooms to add soundproofing materials

Staff are very attentive and responsive to guest needs. Was very impressed with the rooms as well.
